Of interest is : What combination of factors are required to

work together as an impetus or catalyst

to cause the RV to occur within the next 8 months ?

Senior members, as well as the informed

and the informing, are encouraged to respond.

Different points of view are welcome here.

Substantiated positions based on facts

and historical preferences and patterns

even more welcome.

PS. We've all heard the old stuff about why the RV

was supposed to happen years ago.

New information strongly sought.

There is absolutely NO reason why the Rv can't happen right now or anytime in the future. Everything is in place that needs to be there for this to go. So, stop looking for the smoking gun....there aint one :excl:

Whatever is holding this thing up is only known to the guy(s) in Iraq and we've already seen that they have no rhyme or reason to their scheduling. As a matter of fact the only thing we can count on from them is that they don't give a tinkers dam about anybody's time tables or deadlines. So, be cool and wait :tiphat:

I was following along pretty good until I saw number 3 midway: "They were in Chapter 7 protection". Here is another person who has mistakenly quoted Chapter 7 as Bankruptcy Protection. One more time: Bankruptcy is an American Law. It does not protect anyone except U.S. Citizens. Iraq is not a citizen of the U.S A. Chapter 7 in this case refers to Sanctions imposed on Iraq by the United Nations Security Counsel. They were put into place when Saddam invaded Kuwait. They are restrictions, not protection. They limit Iraq, not protect them. They are negative, not positive. I was starting to believe this person, but if they don't know this simple fact, why should I believe any of the rest of this statement.

Good catch Gman though he does later call it a chapter 7 sanction. I have heard others use the chapter 7 thing as if it is Bankruptcy but you are absolutely right. +1 I still like what the guy had to say but that may be wishful thinking. I think I will have a hard time accepting anything as 100% but a post RV bank statement!

Ah newbies, you gotta love 'em. Same questions over and over again......new to them, same old, same old, to all of us who've been hanging around here much too long.

We read that everything is done for the RV to take place, and are reminded that "this is Iraq". IMO, we will just wake up one day and it will have happened without fanfare, stealthily in the night. Then we can all, vets and newbies alike, get back to living life.......hopefully with bling in our pockets and a song in our hearts. GO RV.

Also, people with all of the reasons and none

of the answers or constructive comments

need not trouble yourselves.

This is a positive discussion

about the state of things.

Attacking others due to your lack of due

diligence hardly demonstrates anything

constructive.

And I do not believe you love anything

about newbies, no matter what you say.

You re-staters know who you are.

Lets have an intelligent conversation, OK ?

Some one re-stated something we all read on 12 / 27 / 10.

Let's get some different perspectives on this.

That is how we all learn.

Your ideas may be good ones.

Some of us want to hear from some others, too.

I want to hear as many perspectives as I can.

Then I will make my own determination as to what

is fact and what is fiction.

So far we all know the RV has not occurred.

Maybe some fresh voices can further enlighten us

with their perspectives on things.

There are still some folks out there that

realize no question is a dumb question .

Financial markets and economies are dynamic.

Things are changing and evolving all the time.

Even some of you, who are far less

educated than I,

may someday wake up and smell the

coffee.

Dude absolutely nothing is holding the RV back, except time. IT WILL HAPPEN!

I have invest in dinar for the part 9 months and have done much research as much everyone else and I am a major believer in this.
