Nope, they had an auction ... in fact those are the numbers from the pdf file under "exchange rate" ... then page 50.

It's a near zero day at .98% of total sales ... lower volume with 18 banks participating. The % is higher because the volume is lower even though the amount of cash sales is the lowest since Sunday.
