Here is the consolidated call notes from Frank's call on 12-16-10. There was four parts to the call but has been consolidated now.

Part 1

Frank states that Delta is excited about the call tonight with his information...

Frank opens with a hymn and a prayer.

What happened yesterday at the UNSC meeting? Frank states that Monday we posted we gave explanation for Maliki's failure on Sunday- he was supposed to announce the cabinet members but he did not... on Tuesday we told you that wed things would happen like a "bunch of bananas" that represented the charters that were on the Charter 7 on Iraq. This cluster is the remaining chapters we deal with the last year and 1/2 - this cluster is the remaining chapter - to be removed from ALL the charters...We knew on Tuesday they w ould NOT receive the full charter 7 they peeled the banana of the WMD and then good with the adoption of resolution of 661 to a degree and they peeled again and gave you one more thing.... As far as we are concerned it is lifted and you will learn of it tonight... Wed they will never be set free till they do what the authors of the PLAN tells them to do and that's to reinstate the Dinar back to original value. Yesterday was a prophecy of Shabibi coming true - 3 years ago 2006 end S says hey remember me??? he never does till he has something powerful to say... Shabibi says he will work hard next year to rebuild our country back to the 80's and 90's.... Yesterdays actions did just that.... Other sites try to predict by articles - but we prefer the television as we know what they are doing as its owned by the GOI - they will tell you something but the TV cant say it and change it - the internet are not accessible but the Televisions are not touchable - the GOI is speaking for last 3 1/2 weeks ago something...

Why would they tell the people on TCV they are lifting 3 zeros and lift value of currency and tell them the charter 7 would be lifted.... cause its time to tell teh citizens... THe TV tells the truth there - they told them and they stopped cause the ball is in the hands of Maliki as he knows what Shabibi is about to do UJNSC will tell the IMF that Iraq is free up to a certain point - the currency - that now its ok to raise teh currency - do you think the IMF will ignore it

Shabibi is pretty smart - he knew to wait... Maliki has good ears - he heard Shabibi 2 months ago to say if you sit I will give you the rate.... the citizens have NOT forgotten this -they remember all Shabibi says as it profound to them as it effects them and their currency... SO Maliki yesterday realized that he is no able to finish his GOI... He has been stalling - he wants charter 7 lifted... He was supposed to sit Sunday and even yesterday and all said it was to happen but UN quickly changed it to a VOTE on lifting it.... Biden had a momentum going there... the citizens did fire the guns at what BIden said - all are happy -

Delta is not an Iraqi - he has grave respect for Iraq - he is from the middle east... he is a good Christian man...

So now that Maliki is in a position that HE WANTS... he got the parts of the cht 7 that he wanted and he is telling Shabibi give it to me now... Maliki said they extended the DFI Loan - its a back up for a back up and sell oil at good rate not at 1170 to rape us.... SO NOW RAISE THE RATE.... they will make up so much money even with the DFI as back up... When they plan to do it and maybe sit the GOI on the 23rd - THe Kurds are in control but they first said do you want the HCL and the 140 so do we and they are DOING that so allow that to happen - Kuwait is extremely h appy as they have all they want - the little issue is small about body counts -so let them count and respect the dead and be done with the census and be happy.... THe news papers are wrong - everything has been agreed upon with everybody - the HCL and 140 isn't necessary for the IQD... Sunday would be nice... so Kuwait seemed to make a stink but no it was an exaggeration that's all.. But they do want the count done but ITS MINOR, serious but will not effect the IQD..

So will Maliki keep his word for this coming Saturday Dec 18th? He has been studying them for 8 months so he still he - he knows who he wants... but he got what he wanted and we are still holding their necks with the charter 7 if we want we can break it and end it if they want.... they are internationally recognized now adn it expires at year end but there are things the remaining charter are limiting them from doing.. but I believe rate wil be given from Dec 23rd - Dec 26th... As he plans this saturday the 18th to tell the world who his nominees are ... and he plans to sit full cabinet on the 23rd... SO that means every piece is in place to say CHECK MATE - Maliki you have to do this sir.... You can't go another year and do what you did in 2010... in 8 months you came close to imploding your nation and if you do it again you will EXPLODE your nation and your people.... for many years you were under Charter 7 and you are not under the full choke hold now and you have the ability to raise your rate and trade internationally now for oil but not at a 1170 as it will explode your country... 1170 is locked in so give me a rate and watch what will happen to it and it will explode next year... you need to do this Maliki - your people were patient but they now know you can do something different....

I think Maliki will let 23td -26th the rate will be handed from Shabibi to Maliki from the IMF to raise the rate and why was smart cards delayed - they are writing for the rate...its in the 2011 budget - contracts are signed why not building - toilet paper money and no GOI yet.... all mechanisms are frozen and we are to pretend we don't' see these actions - we don't know when - but I can give you a better guess of the rate with all sorts of formulas

Adter the 26th we will have one week left for year to end it would be smart if thats the week we are allowed to do this for our Gov and will Pres to do this for tax purposes - no... is our Gov trying to get this done for 2010 and 2011 taxes yes.... there is pressure on Maliki as there is on the bottom of the ocean,.

If we go into next year our Gov will loose taxes from 2010 and it will be well remembered against Maliki... Maliki is in a position to let it go... All our Europe is asking have you not done this yet? WHY NOT - they ask - We all pitched in an destroyed our currencies to help Iraq rebuild theirs.

What happens if we walk into next year are you patient enough with yourself...??? I got a phone call today from a good friend and couple up in their ages working hard and the economy effected the and they were going to loose their home today and the forum prayed and suddenly they were given a one month extension to survive... Its another KTFM miracle as we get some credit cause we prayed and stood in the gap for this family - all that prayed get the credit at KTFM and out side prayers... r

If we walk into next year i don't think we will but don't be sad it won't be that much longer remember what SHabibi said - keep that in mind... if we have to wait 6 more months be strong.... I don't think we will have to wait that long so don't be depressed... Believe in the LORD he will give us the strength... other countries the 5 corners have powerful GOV but weak people and are without GOD and we shall go there... they have to throw rocks and be primitive... we are coming to you...

so if we walk into next year with 1170 rate - it will not last for very long... there should not v a probable today ALI had a meeting with CBI finance agents to see his set up... the calls to him today would not go through... HE was very busy today with these officials...

Yesterday it was around 4pm I had a team member call saying Shabibi is at the UNSC meeting...

Part 2

Shabibi was at the UNSC meeting for sure... do you understand the importance of his being there, he was NOT on the schedule to be there... HE LOVES his country... IT was a big factor for his currency as to what happened... THEY DID make them internationally recognized even with certain parts of charter 7 remaining - Shabibi sat there, he was seen.... those meetings after went late into the night last night...

I have no idea but Delta will tell us...

Shabibi heard what he wanted at the UNSC - it was huge.... I posted to pray for Biden on Tuesday as he was there but came home to be at the UNSC meeting to host... got corrected later to not say it but...

Newly signed contracts toward the oil has happened.... Last week Shell signed - another big oil company was signed... Maliki went out Tuesday with 50 mikes in front of him on TV and said we are about to be free - THEY KNEW THIS - its laid out - they KNEW this - you can't change this... SO why Maliki are you hopping around like a water fly? I think he is gonna keep his promise now - finally do what he is doing it now... he takes his time seems like - why - he changes his mind - do not pay attention to the articles ONLY THE CBI ONLY not the GOI - do not read it... I wont read it...

I was waiting on the resolutions too... the confusion on 661 is this - the article that was released to trade freely is the important one to be recognized internationally so now countries can come in. 661 Resolution wa when Iraq in 1991 invaded Kuwait and that year the adopted the 661 resolution freeze assets and embargo... now the unsc will NOT vote for this - they come up with the Opposite of the 661 and vote on that -do NOT worry about the numbers it does not matter - the numbers do not hold to what they vote on... The GOI says 5% would go to Kuwait - charter 7 left now is the Kuwait one border issues missing people is easy to solve... the weapons of mass destruction sanction to embargo economy is gone and that was the important they had 73 sanctions on them and this was the TOUGHEST on them and it was lifted... now its lifted -

the DFI expired but the GOI was nto ready and that fund is important and now its extended to 6-30-11 - its still some small claims against Iraq so thats why it was extended so not to loose that money... they will have to pay it back and Shabibi has a plan to pay it back within 6 months to put the money back into the US Fed Reserve... This is good news -

TODAY the good news from all the officers wer so happy and they thanked teh US and everybody is happy and one article on tv said they this action by UNSC is goign to boost iraq economy with no more sanctions.. now they can pay different countries withDInars said that on TV logic says they HAVE TO REVALUE THE DINAR - if they buy cereal they can paywith Dinars.. CIB plans to collect the 3 zeros so now they have to revalue... they will deal with the 1170 as it would be suicidal to keep it... they need moneys to survive they will make the Iraq dinars valuable ... a month ago the meeting was for consultation but JOE Biden pushed for the vote to be done back then..... when Joe stated and said 3 resolutions would be voted the discussed you cant do that without discuss but it was done and they all voted in favor of the resolutions and Shabibi was there.. so why was he there? He is a key to the deal to folks - this currency is now going to be international... We do not know the date and rate but the medias are hinting the 23rd - 26th something has to happen and because of the embargo is lifted and we should see that on Sunday.... In MY Opinion I say Sunday is a goo date - by the 23rd Malilki has to show the cabinet for the parliament to give confidence... they are excited to do this since UNSC released them... no pressure financially now... No worries about Kuwait - for our investment 661 is nothing its small - Iraq is needed by all the countries...

NOW - be ready - it has to happen Shabibi said he would release the rate - maybe this weekend - maybe nice Christmas or nice New year - either way they HAVE to increase their money in value...

Frank asks if Iraq people heard - were they excited or un-trusting - Delta said it was like a shock... UNSC came at one of their holy days so they were in street already... but the Gov reactions and interviews on TV showed everybody so happy and even Kuwait congratulated Iraq....

All the ME countries, Egypt congratulated Iraq... Nice feeling and Telabani, Maliki and Shabibi are still thanking the US and now there is an urgency for the Dinars to revalue - jobs are going to be open there - construction - Oil - building etc and all will be happy - unbelievable accomplishment...

The wording is different for the 661 they changed it labeled it different now how its read and the numbers change - the come up with resolution against that resolution and different conditions and label with different numbers... do NOT worry - the embargo being GONE is HUGE and they can pay other countries with Dinar now... so it has to increase in value!!!

The markets to get prices on items I asked the team - we now see the citizens are being ripped off by rounding up of items they buy and causing them to loose money when they shop.. The team took a 50 dinar for change and the banks are ready and anxious but they said NOT at this moment.... BOA , Chase and Wells Fargo are ready and telling folks that...focus and pay attention Delta the moment that you hear about the 3 zeros lifted on Iraq TV, that means Shabibi will give it to Maliki.... They were bragging about the 3 zeros then BAM they quit - then the GOI sitting is announced now and then when they start up the 3 zeros it will be time - the 23rd to 26th if this is to happen they will talk about it on the TV - not the media...

Tomatoes and cucumbers - kilo is 2.2 pounds - one kilo is $1 and in market is now 1170 but you can't pay that so now they are rounding our from 1170 to 1250 lower denoms but they do not have the 5 10 and 100... they are loosing 80 dinars by rounding so now the lower denoms its urgent for it to come out... they need them to quit the people from loosing money when they need change... one cucumber is $1 or 1170 and they don't have the 20 dinars up and they are suffering - 80 dinars for every dollar they use.. CBI took most of money out of their hands and its so important now to revalue -the 1170 it has to go and will go...

This is the most online users that KTFM has ever had signed on at one time...- two weeks ago we had 2200+ and tonight we have 2754 online people on KTFM tonight right now... many countries are watching now...

Frank says the physical currency is NOT a scan as the banks sold them the last few years... stolen sold Dinars are the problem from years ago.. but banks sold them....How can a state agency to warn people against this including dinar holders in their word Scam... NO frank says the dinar is not the scam but the people are that sell it- Delta says the 25,000 is same in US as in Iraq.... Caller says its frustrating to hear they say scam... they say the CPA's had a big tax meeting in Utah that its all a big scam and no way the dinars will revalue...Frank says that news was about DEALERS scamming people but not about the actual Dinar revaluing...

Kuwait from day one wanted Iraq to revalue and that's why Shabibi was there at UNSC meeting - Kuwait said they would not agree for conditions to be removed on Iraq unless they revalued their dinar...so Shabibi showed up to show HE IS ABOUT TO DO SOMETHING WITH THE CURRENCY... Delta says we are close to getting this done within the next two weeks - they need a set rate internationally now... when the dinars come on the market ..1170 will be gone... now they will come out with the new international rate.. SOON...
