Upgradable
Ron, Thank you for this..good news... Is it? I'm reading that there is still some fundamental disagreement between factions about who gets to do what, and to whom. Am I misreading?
Uncle Barkie
Is it? I'm reading that there is still some fundamental disagreement between factions about who gets to do what, and to whom. Am I misreading? You read that correctly ,but the article is inferring that these impasses, while important , are apparently minor enough that it won't slow / stop the formation of the government by the December 25th deadline that is constitutionally mandated ( 30 days.) So, we are still in good shape and waiting ( as always ... ) for them to announce the GOI .
