? About Forex Trading Charts

I have always watched the CBI. Today is the 1st time I've checked this Forex chart. Probably a stupid question, but why is the time stuck on 7:23 for the USD/IQD and all other times are up to date?

They update it less often because its still an exotic. GO RV in 2010!!!

I believe the IQD is updated once a day because it isn't actively traded, also, you will notice it go up 20 points or so one day only to go down 20 points the next day

This is caused by the fluctuation of the dollar

Once it is internationally traded, it should be updated in real time, like the other major currencies
