Seems to be a hidden topic of Global Trust Settlements being resolved before any RV. Apparently the REAL powers of the world have to agree on what Iraq is trying to do re: an RV/RI.. OMG....could this be the proverbial snag?

Unless you know someone in that circle of elite individuals....no way to know for sure. You can find many opinions that the big governments of the world or secret societies of economic forces that actually control the worlds money supply have specific imput into the say of all governments money policies, but no one has ever provided documented facts to support them. There is a huge argument as to "who" are the REAL powers of the world....just more fodder for the spin doctors and bs artists. No one will be able to provide any facts, mark my words......you can find tons of speculation and conspiracy theory, but never any facts.
