thunderrb
I am retired from the Military. I have several friends that served in the Middle East and never knew anything about the Dinar, but I own a BUNCH. I guess we are the lucky ones.... ProPlayr
I don't understand why you even posted this.. First off your friend does not even deal with currencies if he works for Goldman so he wouldn't have heard of the dinar, and second you can open an investment account at Goldman Sachs for $10,000 minimum.. You can also open savings type account with them...
rellum
this is only gonna be once in a lifetime for folks like us i believe folks that have plenty of money they dont need to keep thier ear close to the ground and find ways to get a big helping hand of a lump sum on money. folks with money are busy trying to find ways on how to make more and run thier business . they rarely have time to research information about this war torn country. but if i really had a chance to head over there again . i would open up a american franshise of something and make a little more money . thats my 2 cents
ECSxFenrir
I guess I could be wrong. You are correct they are one of the founders. I thought I have read something that they are not an offical member since the war and chapter 7. If anyone know the answer that would be great icant remember whare Ive seen it at. I do recall reading an article stating they were attempting to be placed back on the OPEC list. Despite if they originally helped start it I can see chpt 7 removing them from it or at least taking the profits and placing them in the DFI. I could be wrong, JMO and trying to connect the dots. jandantexas
We have invested enough in Dinar that if it RVs anywhere above 1 to 1 it will be life changing for us...but no more than we would have pi$$ed away in a couple of weekend road trips...so if we never see a penny of our money back no real harm done...but if it does what we're hoping for...G-R-E-A-T !! Maybe it is a scam and maybe it is the opportunity of a lifetime....my theory is invest an amount that will not make you want to jump off a bridge either way!! JMO of course!! ha ha
This is not game yet for the big boys to play. They will certainlly come around if CBI makes the big mistake to RV .86. All the hedge fund managers, like your friend, will devour the dinar in one kill.

Nathan11
If everyone knew about it and believed in it, everyone would own them. But since most were trained by our school system to be good employees, they have a hard time thinking outside of the box. As an entrepreneur, this is a no brainer. In fact, I play a board game with friends a lot called Cashflow101, and there is a card in there that matches this investment! When I saw this opportunity, I jumped all over it, because I had trained myself to be an investor rather than an employee. I used to be on the other side of the fence, but thank goodness I've been "born again" as an entrepreneur!!! GO RV!!! You're right, what we'd be "losing" is barely anything compared to the reward, but I'd bet that a large number of people are much more financially intelligent now as a result of studying this for however long they have. Napoleon Hill of "Think and Grow Rich" lost his fortune two times in life... But he made a fortune three times! Money is easy to make, it's time that is irreplaceable. We all run out of time eventually. Might as well spend your time doing what you love (your business or charity), because if you do what you love, the money will come easily and effortlessly!
deenar
If every banker, every multi millionaire knew about this, Iraq would crumble. No one is supposed to know about this. Why do you think the media hardly ever has one good thing to say about Iraq? If anything but a terrorist attack happens, you won't hear about it.

Marpat
A relative of mine bought his first dinars at a large bank (won't name it) in Dallas 2 years ago. Recently he was in the bank and ask an employee about the dinar RV......the employee, told him it was a total scam. My relative said "If it is a scam, like you say, then your bank is in deep trouble because I bought my first dinars here". The employee had nothing more to say. That was an encouragement to me that most bank employees no NOTHING about the Dinar RV, so don't even ask them!!
jmilkey
Lets talk about these "SCAM" references.... What in the hell is everyone talking about??? How can a countries currency be a scam? That doesn't even make sense. You can go on any currency site and see IQD listed right? If there was no IQD listed on currency sites and someone just made up a currency then sure but come on... Can you buy and sell Dinar today? Of course you can. You may be able to get scammed when you buy Dinar from someone who does not deliver or is selling counterfeit bills but other than that.... Had to get that off my chest.... thanks.

CaptainJack
How many of those Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch types heard of the "Sham Wow", "Viagra" , "The Snuggie" ..... or any other high risk investment? Investing in the dinar is definitely high risk. Everybody (and you're not being truthful if you say you didn't) including me, were sucked into this investment based on the $3.00 exchange rate claims. Personally, I believe it will be years IF AT ALL, the dinar gets back to that level. As I've educated myself on this topic, I have lowered my expectations considerably and will still make a "ton" of money if it comes out at $0.10 or $0.25 or higher. Manage your expectations ... don't count on this on saving you from financial ruin ... and don't treat it as the lottery .... you'll be much happier when it does rv. ECSxFenrir
As I understand it as a legitimate business or if you oversee a hedge fund you would not invest it based on speculation. That is too high risk to takes millions. But if it is on the 4X at .86 cents and you can buy in BIG and others do as well causing it to rise eventually to $3+ and can manipulate it then that's when they'll jump on board. So some aren't in the know exactly but others are playing a different game than us.
