Bad thing about translations is trying to read into what is truly being said, but I have to wonder what this last part is refering to. Could this mean that there is a revised version that shows all the numbers with the RV?

Exactly what I was thinking. I love how it states the budget is approved and then we see in the next line that we still have to have it approved in its final form.

So if it needs to still be approved in its final form then it is really not approved as of yet is it?

The preliminary draft is approved to be submitted for final approval which is great progress even if it is misleading.

Why would it need final approval..... because it needs the rv rate.....?

I believe we shall soon see.

Ok...so when is their next meeting? Anyone know?

It also sounds like they will be going to this next meeting to approve the budget in it's final revised form!

My next question is, after this next meeting & it is approved, where then does it go?

You would think it's the final stage before it becomes ratified...which leads me to another question....how/who ratifies the budget?...Maliki?

Thanks,

Dan

Great news, one of the last pieces of the puzzle. Believe (IMO) they will meet Thursday before the party and sign off on the budget. This will allow "M" to tell the people of Iraq the RV or RI number in his speech.

This makes him a hero in their eyes. Got my fingers crossed and hope this part of our journey will be over.

Stay grounded, calm and be happy.

Happy Thanksgiving
