I finally went to the top, talked with Ali and cleared it all up. I guess if you have a problem you have to go to him because some of his management just are not able to deal with problems. I checked his BBB report as well today to see if he had any complaints and he is clear with them. Maybe this is an isolated case and something for them to learn by.

So glad to hear that. I have heard all good things I feel better now. Although I did order COD so there is no money for them to lose.

Also ordered many times thru Ali (as well as many of my friends) with absolutely no problems!

I was shorted on an order once, I called and told them all my info and confirmation number. Ali personally called me 3 times that day and assured me he was aware of the mistake and my dinar would arrive the next day. It did...I have no problem with DT.
