This note was given to me, by a friend....not sure what it means.....

The value of the denomination (dinar) is in the feature that glows-under a ultra violet light. Watch the movie- we are watching the Flinstones....the value is in the stones, not the gold or the oil....watch the feature-movie, have some pop corn while you are watching. Follow the instructions on your phamplet that your Dinars came in....it is right in front of our eyes

There is a security feature on the new dinars that is only seen under ultraviolet light. The value of the dinar is in this feature. If you go to JIDT's site, on the bottom of the page there are dicriptions of the security features and you will see what I'm taliking about there.

Possibly referring to a 1:1 reval. A 25,000 IQD will be worth $25,000. Yabba dabba dooooooooooo! :D
