I very plainly remember Scooter saying that. Only guru who at the time said it will RV by November 1 because of that, although he hasn't said it since.

It's still October. But, It looked good for May. Then July. The Sept after Ramadan. Not necessarily Sccoter's rumor but those were all predicted. Keep the Faith! The date give us something to shoot for anyway. One of them will be right eventually.
