I NEED HELP EXPLAINING THE DINAR INVESTMENT!

My name is Scott and I was introduced to the IQD investment back in June. I have purchased dinars in the last few months through D Trade and feel just as good about this investment as I did 5 months ago. But here is my dilema, how do you explain this speculative investment with others? I have obtained a ton of info here at DV the last few months, but I still have a hard time selling this investment, mainly because there are too many variables. We all know as speculators that this is a high risk/high reward investment and the worst we can do is break even or possibly lose 10-15% on our investment, but an RV of let's say 1USD or more is also a great possibility also, right?

My problem is filling in all the blanks from 1990 to the present, in a way that is understandable and easy to comprehend. The other night I presented my family members with a fair amount of dinars and an accompanying notarized letter, BUT I failed miserably to explain just what it was that I was giving them. Everytime I try to explain the dinar investment I get a look like this

I'm sure that there are others here that can relate to my situation, right? Well, I know that there are many well versed investers here and I am hoping (and would really appreciate) if someone(s) could give a detailed or even a simple synopsis of this investment, not just to help me but others as well. Important links could be helpfull also. For me, it is very important that my family knows what this investment is all about, I would be disappointed in a way if the dinar RV'd and they had no knowledge of what they had.

Thank you for any input, as this will be appreciated by others that are in the same boat as I am!

I have been in this investment for over 6 years and know how you feel and what you mean, I told close friends and family about the investment, some listened ( and bought) and others laugh ( and said it was a scam). I guess that old saying "you can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink" is true. I feel great in my investment, so I quit pushing others on it. If they can live with being a thirsty horse, all I know is I drank the water and hopeful very soon I will Pee Gold!!!! HAHAHA GO RV

Thanks dumbnar

Perhaps its best not to try to "sell" them on the idea. Dumbnar has it right. You have done all you can to help them. Since you gave them some Dinar, just ask them to take care of it - don't lose it - and make all future purchases for yourself. If you feel generous after the RV, you can give them USD. Hang in there. I hope we're at the end - where our commitment pays out!

Some will get it others will not. Once you have tried explaining to them the investment then you have done your job.

I have coworkers I have mentioned this too that were turned off by the speculation. One person even told me that he can't because he has problem with gambling.

You can't change perceptions you can only put it out there and if they get it fantastic and if they don't just move on but I can't help but having an empty feeling when they don't get it. I even got into a bad argument with one person over this who swore we were so stupid for falling for this scam. It didn't matter what I said or what I tried showing him. I just walked away.

Good Luck Scott

The way I explained it to a few is....First I ask them if they want to be financially secure. If yes, (which most people say) I tell them that sometimes in life you have to take risks and to be rich and create wealth, you must take some risks....just look at Microsoft, Callaway Golf, etc. etc. etc. With big risk, comes big reward, but in this case, I don't believe the risk is big, but has a huge upside and reward to it. Great question and hope this helps you.

LOL you know I think we have all had this happen! I have told family and friends, and some said it's worth a shot, and others said it was stupid.... It's funny though the people that said it was stupid are the same ones who said I couldn't make a living off e-bay, and that I could never sell or use vegetable oil for diesel fuel. Funny thing is I haven't gone to work in years and drive for free...... and they still tell me it won't work out to do the things I do, even after having success for years now :) I guess the answer is smile and say your probably right.

Well I for one do not explain it. I point them to the info and let them decide themselves. NOBODY in my family wants anything to do with it. Got an email from my sister today with a link about how the dinar is a Scam, LOL! The funniest thing is, they are all going to the casinos this weekend. Just blows me away... Casinos can you have any worst odds?

Dirk , the best advice that any of can give you is only inform people once about this investment. If they are interested in trying they will ask you more questions, if not, walk away and never bring it up again. Less than 1 in 10 of the people i told have invested , but are happy with their choice. So, if I've helped even one person then I'm good.

It has been fascinating the range or responses I have had from people.

I have talked to most of my family and extended family. I have even mentioned my investment to most of my coworkers. About 75% of the people I talk to say that it is just too good to be true so it must be a scam! They won't do the research or take the time to really learn what we are talking about. It is some sort of mental block that most people have. The other 25% know that I did my homework and would not buy in without a good reason, and are willing to risk some cash to see an amazing return. Why don't more people get in?? I just don't get it.

Hey Uncle I did the same thing I told all my family and close friends about this great opportunity. If they asked more I would explain it to the best of my ability, otherwise the topic would be dropped. I sleep well at night knowing that I tried to help the people in my circle, but I will sleep even better after the RV happens. GO RV

We must be related because you just described my family. I've also received links from them stating its a scam, etc. When I asked them if they had considered the fact that the big money holders posted the scam info to keep others from investing (the rich stay rich and the poor stay poor) they just looked at me like I was crazy and said, "Ok, well we don't have money to invest anyway because we're heading to Albuquerque" (Translation = off to gamble)

Scott, you wanna know a really good way to get them to believe a little bit more?..show them this thread! Every time I get down on this investment and think the way they do, I just have to come onto here and read and take part in the forums. No wonder this is the #1 chat forum on the web! :o:D:D:):););):D:D

Now dont get me wrong I enjoy going to the Casinos too but I dont go there with the thought of retiring.

The smartest thing I did thou is not tell anybody how much I really have. They all thought I bought just a little so after the RV they will not be lining up at my door for a hand out. My little secret! LOL!

These people obviously look into this thing searching for the reasons that it won't work. That said, they immediately look for the word "scam". Once they read their first negative information about it, thats all they need to know.

BTW- I did just call my sister in Texas to let her know about it, and said that I would feel really bad if "I" got wealthy off this and didn't let them know anything about it before hand so they could reap the rewards. She actually sounded intrerested and said she'd have her husband look into it. I also told her not to say anything to our brother, who I tried to get into this awhile ago and he just scoffed at me,becaues I'm tired of having negativity from family instead of positive support. When all is said and done, I will still help him out however I can financially.
