I live in a small town in Montana. I have bought quite a bit of dinar and it was all from DinarTrade. My question is this - I can't find any local banks that will sell Dinar or even think of doing so. I was looking at banks for where I can open up an account that I can have my money wired into, I wasn't even asking them to cash them for God's sakes! They all say no. Bank of America in Salmon Montana yesterday told me that it was illegal to be selling it, and no banks even do so, I tried to tell her that many banks sell it, and I tried to inform her of when I bought it from Ali, I wired it to the Bank of America in Santa Monica, she didn't even care. She said there is a issue from the government (that has gone all the way back to the beginning of the war) that states there is to be no business with Iraq, and it is illegal to do so. My head was about to pop off! She was so rude, and ended up telling me to take my "business" elsewhere.

I guess I'm just wondering if anyone can answer, why we have so many banks that do know about this, and then we have so many banks that are completely shut off from this? I mean, my God, all you have to do is watch the news on the World Bank/IMF meeting that is happening RIGHT now to know that SOMETHING is about to happen.

Thanks!

Michelle

Bush signed into sanctions, laws, the right for US citizens to invest in Iraq:

International Law: Investment in Iraq ... subsequent to the overthrow of Saddam Hussein, many countries have lifted all restrictions, making investment legal United States: If you are a citizen of the United States, then yes, it is legal to invest not only in the ISX, but in Iraq in general. President George W. Bush signed Executive Order 13550 on August 2, 1990, which lifted all trade sanctions imposed on Iraq, including financial transactions, and ownership of Iraqi property (in the case of the ISX, shares of an Iraqi company)

.001055?? Does anyone here feel that is a good sign of something big to come? Yahoo currency converter equates to .0009. Could be nothing but a bank making money, but that's a step in the right direction.

BTW-no banks in SoCal are dealing with IQD either, and I'm with BofA as well. I've asked them, Chase, and Wells Fargo, etc. But once it RVs, all banks will deal with it.

Michelle,

I live in Great Falls and I am going to be going through wells fargo here in town. I have been talking to someone very high up in wells fargo and he has been working with me and getting me ready for the big day. He has it all set up for me to come in a local wells fargo and cash in. Keep in contact with me and after the RV I will let you know what you need to do if you want to take a drive to Great Falls to cash in.

Thanks, Corey

This has been repeated many times by many different people, but it's worth repeating again. It's not wise to talk to banks about your investment "prior" to RV. There will be PLENTY of time to set up everything afterwards. Most banks believe that dinar investors are absolutely insane, and they're laughing at you after you've walked out the door. The ones that sound helpful and interested are doing so only because they've been told by upper management to "humor" us in the interest of good business practice and P.R. - basically covering their butts just in case something happens, and because they want to keep current and potential customers happy. The fewer people who know about your investment the better off you'll be IF or when this finally occurs. In the interest of security and reputation, it's definitely best to keep this a total secret. Just a professional word to the wise.

And I must repeat about when I went in earlier this week to wire transfer funds to GID for more dinar, the bank teller "DIDN"T look at me this time like I was an idiot that had no clue....she looked at me very curiously this time. They are all getting in the know.......

I get her frustration. Where I am, the only currency they exchange is Canadian and won't do the dinar even after the RV. The only thing I can think of is the big banks sound like they will be in on it. Shoot I thought about doing it at a casino in Vegas and the Mirage said they won't do any middle eastern currency. Best of luck to us all.

My bank also I I said a few weeks ago looked at me like I was a ghost when I first told him about the Dinar. He knew nothing about it but had heard rumers. He trust me so he did his own investigation and called me a week later and told me he had purchased himself 5 million Dinar. They just don;t have time to learn about anything new. They are just like real estate agents most have no idea how to sell a home all they want to do is list enough that some working agent can get sold for them.

Hang in there girl they will want your business soon and I would definitely let them know they messed in their nest.

Why did you have to present your potential weath secret to anyone before the RV. No body cares right now until post RV. You have the whole time in the World to shout to the root top post RV. If you can buy it from a small town, you can convert it from a small town.

Just a few notes....Montana...now come on...not exactly the finacial hub of North America...You are trying to tell us that they would not let you open an account...a bank that won't let you open an account in Montana....I would say it is time to move and be sure to pack your dinar..

If you're trying to buy more dinar, keep getting them how you've been getting them. Ali is opening up an office in 12 diferent locations after RV so see if there's one close to you. One of them being Salt Lake. A bit of a drive I know. Like someone said, check with Wells Fargo. I am of the understanding that they are acting funny about the dinar also but I don't know that for sure. I thought that was Ali's bank but then again, I don't know for certain. Good luck. Got any snow yet?

No snow, it goes from raining to 80 degrees in the afternoon. Weird weather, but such is Montana weather. When I cash in, I'm sailing around the world!!!

I knew Ali would have a branch in Salt Lake, and that was my choice if I can't find closer. I was just trying to figure out WHERE I'm having him wire my money, lol. The reason I'm looking around before-hand is because I want my money to go into a bank that didn't treat me the way I was treated yesterday. One that that may think I may have a risky investment, but to take me SERIOUSLY anyways. And also, I want to know if they are aware of the Dinar, the rumors, and to guage what they think of the deal, because I want to put my money with someone that realized it was a good investment and bought some himself.

If I have to go to Iraq to cash my darn money in, I'll do it! lol. Then I'll keep all the cash and forget the banks, since their a much higher risk in my opinion. :)

Check out Wells Fargo because like I said, I wasn't sure about the problem there. It's worth a shot anyway. I know that when I lived in Nevada B of A screwed me over every which way and like you said I'd fly to Iraq before I'd deal with them. By the way there is NO B of A in Utah. Hmmmm, I wonder why? :) Call Ali's office, they have a toll free number. They will probably be of more help than anyone. I hope this helps. Luck to ya. ;)
