I'm certain the rv and rate has already been set, they're just waiting for the formal announcement of the formation of a government. At that time the Ch 7 sanctions will be lifted and the rv announced, it's funny, but after all this waiting things will come down very quickly when the dominos start to fall. This is all an educated guess but I feel very confident that I'm correct.

Kudos to you Inahurry if the RV dog gets off it's leash between now and 10/10, it would make your prediction rather accurate made back on May 4, 2010.

Logical time table 3 days to get Parliment to get together and confirm PM then Him having 3 to 10 days to set GOVERNMENT then any minit,hour,or day there after for CBI to announce the RV and amount.
