Problems with VIP membership renewal.

I have recently renewed my DinarVets VIP membership and cannot confirm if payment was received and cannot access the VIP forum. I have tried paying twice, the last being 29 Sep, 2010. Can you please advise and let me know what the problem is?

If you need a copy of my receipt I can provide it in a word doc.
