Ok.....

Let me make something very clear (I thought it was)....

I am talking about the UNITED STATES fiscal year....not Iraq!

The United States 2010 fiscal year ends tonight at midnight and the United States 2011 fiscal year begins October 1st.

This delay was done for the best intrest of the United States government...not the government of Iraq.'

I can only speak for myself, as some have called me a guru (which makes me laugh, because I have been wrong way more than right), but I have been doing exactly what you mentioned. I have been in daily talks with my bank (still shopping though, 200 million in my group) talking with financial advisors, seeing who is most honest in my opinion, and setting up trusts for my kids, and doing the right and most sensible things. This will just happen one day and it is best to have a plan ready to go, because when you come into large sums of money people can do very stupid things, but if you have a plan in place it will minimize stupid mistakes. I realy see no reason to come on every night and update people on things that may or may not be true, I have learned my lesson. lol. This will happen in the middle of the night and one day (in the very near future) we will wake up with new found wealth. I still talk to very intellegent and high ranking people that tell me that this will end very, very soooon. thats all I will say (so i dont take a lambasting on here).

Not bashing here,I appreciate all the information that you are putting forth.I do agree with most of what you are saying,but I just can't see Maliki getting the votes needed for the PM position.With that being said, I do believe that this is one of the biggest hold ups of our investment.Hopefully all of the different blocs have put their differences aside and have come to an agreement on who should lead them on from these horrible conditions to a new beginning for the people of Iraq.

How many times has he not said hang on to your hat dorthy cause"Kansas is about to go bye bye". He sounds like a good guy but honestly he knows nothing because he has spoken so strongly that it gonna rv very very very soon. 2. The Central Bank of Iraq has stated that as soon as the new Iraqi Government is seated they will move forward with the announced plan of removing the larger denominations and the distribution of the new smaller denominations.

Were the above comments ever in print or just spectulation from gathered from due diligence? Don't take this wrong, just I have heard this a few times and wonder who said it? Malaki? Shabbi?

I have thick skin and people are stressed out and snarky come backs are to be expected from people in dire need of economic windfall...not saying that you were snarky but just saying some are and thats ok.

FishMan, I do apologize. I should have reread what you had posted. It's just that some people no matter what the guy says (phoenix) he gets bashed. It's like your damned if you do and your damned if you don't. He, phoenix, as long as i've read his stuff, has been one to keep people going when things seem like nothin is ever gonna happen. I welcome that. there is too much to gain here and I find that his outlook is one that I'd like to have myself. He feels confident with this investment. So what if he doesn't get the timing right. Anytime he ever put something "out there" he had reason to. I know for a fact that we have been right on the edge of this rv happening. There is alot a stake and things get put back. So, again sorry. hope you will forgive me.

I will agree that in the past phoenix has been alittle off key, but everyone has been wrong in the past. I have been wrong as well, but one thing is that in the past few months phoenix has brought alot to the table, providing links and very good break downs on articles and iraqi news in general. I would agree that in the past anything with ranger77 on it i would never read, but I gave him a second chance and I am glad I have. I think you should stop being a ****** bag, and keep your negativity to yourself..................here's a little tip, if you dont like what someone posts.........dont read it.......

Your post supports what I've been saying for a long time. The RV timing has nothing to do with the welfare of the Iraqi people, nor the sovereignty of the Iraqi government. It's being orchestrated for the benefit of others. At the risk of sounding conspiracy theorist, ever wonder why an RV moves ever closer in october, US debt and deficits are at their highest ever amidst a congress and administration that spend like a teeny-bopper with daddy's credit card, and mid-term elections approaching on Nov. 2nd, with the control of congress hanging in the balance????
