They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq... So, take everything with a grain of salt ... Because Iraq has Christian and Islamic historical sites that represent of 3 billion people. There was an article two days ago of massive corruption in the Contracting Agency & Iraqi Banking. Billions of IQD disappeared...more than likely to Iran. Corruptions in Iraq is still a huge problem not going away. Iraq must deal with both corruption & the armed militias. Until it's taken care of...there can be no RV-RI.
