Thank you both for your kindness and concern. I'm still a strong believer in the IQD as an investment. However, I'm 83 years old and hold almost 250 Million IQD. My deciding to sell some of my IQD is solely based on using that portion on another investment that will provide an income stream for my wife (58) should the Lord call me home before any value increase occurs.

 

I've thought long and hard as to what I should do, and feel this is the best option at this point. I have gold & silver set aside, as well as a specific amount of cash that could pay off the home loan balance. Our home has significant equity with our loan paid off in 5 more years. Wisdom tells me to provide another resource for her to depend on. So, I'm willing to sell some of my IQD, that others might be able to participate in the future of the IQD.

 

The price I settled on is slightly below the average of what the Exchange is offering ($700/mil) and what they are selling it for ($1,025/mil). I don't need to sell, but I'm not going to give them away either. I feel $850 is fair, and much less than buying from an exchange. So, there it is.

That makes me feel a ton better.      I don't know you and didn't want to pry but after years of seeing your commitment and steady guidance on your post, you get a sense of one's character.   You seem legit sincere and generous.   Thanks for all your post and opinions.   You seem well grounded.   

 

I'm 61 and been in this thing since my mid 40's.   I wish I was as set as you are............

I will be fine however it shakes out but can't retire unless the Dinar comes through.

 

I am hoping you get to spend the next 20 years managing your profit from the Dinar.

Sold most of mine in 2016 Ron. I kept One 25K note for nostalgia.. Bought 24 ozs of gold and two placer gold claims in CA. with my dinar money. Actually made a few bucks on my dinar because i had a lot of low denoms which were selling at a premium at the time. The claims are for fun and I have dug a few ozs of the shiney shiney up over the last ten years. Just sold my first 4 ounces in March for about a 500% profit. Sold one a day for cash so no capitol gains. The rest I am holding is all profit. Totally understand you selling . You have a lot of patience.

Ron,  still working out the details with my wife. Wifey believes I have enough, me not so much. If this happens where do I send either Zelle or PayPal ? How long will it take you to send ?
