I live in Florida. For the last few decades, I’ve noticed that Middle Easterners and Indians have bought up gas stations, convenience stores, hotels, and motels. I know this goes beyond my state because I travelled a lot by car for more than a decade and found this scenario wherever I visited.  This isn’t a racial question at all, it’s a security one. Is anyone concerned that a huge segment of different industries in owned by foreigners whose mother land may not have any love for our country or us? Would love different one’s thoughts.

I am concerned. Those people can get a SBA loan way easier than someone "born

and bred" here.

Fortunately SBA loans are no longer available to foreign nationals, including green card holders, as of March 1, 2026. The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has implemented a new policy requiring 100% of direct and indirect owners of a small business applying for SBA financing to be U.S. citizens or U.S. nationals with a principal residence in the United States, its territories, or possessions. This change applies to all SBA loan programs, including the 7(a), 504, Microloan, and Surety Bond Guarantee programs.

Stay safe....

its a big issues and as we have found out they are bringing them over from the slum and some of the poorest areas, they have no respect for law and order and women...big problem....i noticed a change in demographic in the prison system, four years in a sex offenders unit , and we went from being full of mixed race to whole areas full of indians!

I had no idea it had gotten that bad in Australia. I can’t speak for the prison system here regarding that issue but it’s startling to me how so many of our industries have been taken over. If it was planned, most gas stations, motels/hotels, and convenience stores could be closed in huge areas. THAT is what concerns me.
