I'm not so sure the rv is done and all we are waiting for is gov formation. There are other issues that are yet to be resolved.,Chapter 7and hcl. I understand that cbi wants to rv but I have yet to see any proof that rv is done for sure.

The cbi says they will remove 000s as soon as the Govt is formed directly.

I doubt Shabibi anticipated the political stalemate to go this long. Iraqis have clearly demonstrated that time lines and drop dead dates are just marks on the calendar. Look for the ISX date to be pushed back. After 7 months of arguing it is not likely this will be settled in less than 5 days.
