REMEMBER, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq... So, take everything with a grain of salt ... RON 

 

 

12-1-2025  Mnt Goat  Article Quote: “There is a great understanding between the Ministry of Finance and the Central Bank,” noting that “the Central Bank has refused more than once to tamper with the exchange rate, and the next government should stay away from the exchange rate and not manipulate it.”  Yes, this is the part that really scares me in that the result of this next election they put in some idiot into the office of prime minister who then proceeds to kill everything good that Al-Sudani and the CBI has accomplished.  Since Iraq is now on the verge of going forward with the final stages of the plan to reinstate this would not be a good thing for us investors to watch happen. So, we carefully watch this election cycle play out, and pray that al-Sudani or someone like him is the next prime minister. Also that they can move on the next government quickly.

A recent article from CBI says they will not be pressured or bullied into changing the ER.   CBI alone has the final say so.   Go RV.

Still waiting to hear something today!  Frank and MarkZ said December 1st, but I didn't take the day off from work to celebrate.  At this point, probably a good thing I went to work, and haven't called my supervisor any bad names!

I personally never bother to stop at something that is Frank or MZ. They are full of 💩. 
 

I always enjoy reading some of what Luigi and Ron post. I usually scroll thru looking for something from Breitling. My guess is he has seen nothing to say about IQD as there is nothing to say. Same old stuff for the past almost 20 years for me. Sure could have used an RV much better when I was young. My brother in law, now 75, says the same.

Not sure when I was reading all the stuff last week, but it seemed that on of those days, could have been Wednesday or Friday, they were saying December 1st was a good day.  I actually believe MarkZ said his banker or wealth manager told him.  Anyway, not a big deal.  I know I am in the Rumors section so they can say what they want, no big deal.  Not sure why you seem to think it is.   Between MarkZ & Frank, a lot of stuff fly's out of their sites, that never come to fruition.

Sometimes listeners at MarkZ post things that get misquoted as something MarkZ said.  The majority of the people on here who diss MarkZ have never watched him.  He has said based on articles etc. it is looking promising - which is true.  If you are a Breitling fan, you know he is adamant about bearing false witness.  Just sayin . . .

I do hate that DV's focus since Adam left has been in the guru section.  Some people on here never venture out to see actual dinar news.  That's why so many are skeptical.

And some people's egos are getting so ridiculous around here.  Like a mall cop, if you don't like something,  then move along or block and move along. I very rarely comment because it's getting so bad on here.  Not worth the time and air spent.  I thank @ronscarpa @Luigi1 @Laid Back,  and the all other great people that being the news.  Whether it's in the Rumors section or elsewhere on here.  The time spent is appreciated, May we all be blessed "soon"! I know I'm thankful and grateful for the "good/fine" people on here.  Others not so much but hey... it's easy to look over/mute. I 🙏🏻 we all are blessed beyond means.  Well we are in our own ways... but I want to be able to fix my BFF's Church and help others even with all my health issues and what I'm going through.  

Be blessed,  grateful and hang in there to the ones that are going through a hard chapter in life. 🙏🏻💞

 Agreed... some people just show their true colours  but claim to be good Christian people.... children really... I have better , more important things to do with my time...

I am planning on having a super Christmas with or without and hope everyone else does as well. We all have our blessings to celebrate. However, if we have this one more, well nothing else need be said......
