Strange Times ... Good and Bad

I was just thinking how things are going in this investment, and how things have changed here in Dinar Vets.  I miss the old days when there were so many people here, everyone was excited, and we all had high hopes for the revaluation.   Over the last several years, we have seen this forum shrink, some due to death, health issues, lack of interest, and investors giving up.  I really miss the old days.  Now, things are heating up in the Iraqi world, and it would be nice if there were more of the members coming back.   It would be nice if Adam came on occasionally to share any information he may have.  He used to have some connections that he would share with us.   It would be nice to get more excitement back in this site.  The bright side is that things are getting better everyday, and with any luck, we will be enjoying our new found wealth after all these years.

Looking forward to the future, and hope we all get there "soon"!

So, my favorite football team's coach was fired this Sunday.  A great guy, loved by all, but we are tired of losing.  The interim coach is brutal - we laugh about the team probably having to have oxygen after the first practice.  Of course, the players were shaken, but the new coach gave them a pep talk and said it is time to "man up".

My point is, things change.  That's life.  I REALLY wish things would go back to old DV, with lively chats and bank stories and hopium.  Now, if it weren't for guru posts and music videos (sorry @umbertino - you know how I feel about those), this site would be purely for dinar news gathering (thanks @RJG) and investment information ( thanks @screwball, @MyLadiesDaddy, and others).  Wish we could get @coorslite21 back - he still is not able to get back on.

I know there are some who believe we are years away.  I think it is imminent.  When it happens, the current DV will be a fond memory, and we will be too busy to grieve it's loss.

Dear Shedagal....Nothing to be sorry about.....But, if I may, I think music (which I deeply love...No doubt .....) is only a li'l part of what one can find in this forum....All interesting stuff I'd venture to say......Strictly dinar-related posts and articles ( thanks Luigi....You're a great guy......and other contributors of course....), political articles about world-wide issues, health  articles, economy articles just to name a few topics....And lots more......JMHO

Peace out....I do hope ALL  wars come to a halt for good.........

Who is your favorite coach??

Well, Sam Pittman was fired.  I'm leaning toward Petrino (he's fought hard to get back from his indescretions) and we need his grit to succeed in the SEC.  I hear money (Jerry Jones, etc.) is fighting for Rhett Lashlee.  Even Jon Gruden is in the mix 😆

I still don't believe in it as a store of value, nor having any great usage function compared to many others...

But...

It has done very well for me... !

You're welcome. I too don't see bitcoin as a store of value, especially in the nuclear age.  However, I saw early on that it's something akin to a fad, but more. As long as there's electricity cryptos are going to flourish. The one thing I've learned from DV is that investment is fueled more by emotions than fundamentals. Before anything can explode in value it must first conquer the sentiment of the masses. And as long as we live in a technical world, technology will always be in a state of exponential growth that's embraced by the masses.

Bitcoin will eventually be worth a million dollars. When is the only question.

But Gold and Silver have always and will always be the best store of value.

That knowledge is why I have never regretted joining VIP/ osi and feel sorry for those who have mocked it.  It was worth every penny.  It takes money and insight to make money.

It looks like the last time Adam was on was June 13th, so It looks as though he still checks in from time to time but it would be nice if he posted. Some and myself to a degree believe he may have scammed a lot of people and jetted out.

I'm sorry but why does it have to be a scam. Could it be possible that @Adam Montana simply believed all the hype like us. I got to know Adam, as much as one can via the internet, and I don't believe he was a scammer.

This site and the Dinar affair cost him far more than money. Which is all you may have lost. And why would he continue paying for this site to remain open?

We all make our own choices. Sadly few people are willing to accept the consequences for their choices.

Adam has stated he still believes in the investment but has given people the option/directions on how to get out.  Like MLD said, at the time he created these opportunities, they were solid (and may still be).  If this is the first time you've possibly lost money in an investment, get up and dust yourself off.  It's part of life.  I still believe in the dinar revaluation and that will make off the angst go away.

Yes I agree things change and people age and as they age they realise that great wealth or material things are no longer important. Also as I personally age I realise that I am living in a world that is changing with such speed that I wonder how I will ever survive the challenges that lay ahead. We baby boomer are fast becoming a burden on society. But I can give you a Bank story. I am declutterring my home and happened upon my dinar and thought I no longer need that many so rang my Bank to enquire about selling some, after a couple transfers of my call I was finally told they are not interested in taking them as they are not on their acceptable currency list and his advice to would be to try my luck at a money lender…. So I wait.

I appreciate where you are coming from, but i have a different perspective.  I believe wealth is important and is necessary to do the things we desire to do to be a blessing.  Even though I am 15 years older since buying my first million in Dinar, I am as convinced as ever in its eventual increase in value.  I am also greatly encouraged with the prospect of the coming financial reset and exposure of the cabal and deep state.

Hang in there - i believe your best days are ahead.
