7-30-2025  Frank26  I don't believe in a GCR.  I'll probably go to my grave and we'll never see the GCR.  Donald Trump is causing me to ask questions about a GCR.  I still don't believe in it.  It can't work.  Now, I believe, and Trump has convinced me, in a partial GCR.  Yeah, definitely that can happen.

 

 

7-31-2025   Intel/Newshound Guru MarkZ  Article: “Al-Harki: the oil agreement between Baghdad and Erbil is a step towards the approval of the Oil and Gas Law”   We have been told over and over again that the oil and gas law is the key. We have a clear steady step in that direction. Many are thinking that this agreement should give us the Oil and Gas Law very quickly.

 

7-31-2025  Mnt Goat  Article: "PARLIAMENTARY FINANCE: NO INTENTION TO SEND BUDGET TABLES, SPENDING PROCEEDS ACCORDING TO THE 1/12 MECHANISM"  Iraq is NEVER going to publish the budget schedules under Article 12 of budget for 2025. This is NOT something we all should be expecting and looking for to gauge RV timing ...The new RV rate is NOT IN THE BUDGET – THEY ARE NOT HOLDING UP SHOWING THE ARTICLE 12 SCHEDULES BECAUSE OF AN RV.

Are you sure???......He is fighting back against Trump.....Trump said now he will not support Sudani for a 2nd term....

 

Remember, Sudani was brokered in place by Maliki and the State of Law coalition.....Sudani is part of the Coordination Framework..... He is Shiite and strongly tied to Iran.....He has failed since January to adhere to Trump's  demands of disarming and disbanding the Iranian militia's and recently said he will push to get the PMF Law passed against Trum's demands

Where did it say that Trump won’t support Sudani for a 2nd term.  Not being a wise guy but I missed that.
