Back in the old days it was oil. The World Bank just approved a whopping $930 million loan to overhaul Iraq's railways, a move that could reshape not just the country but the whole region. This isn't just about trains. Think of it as a super highway for both cargo and people. This puts the country on the make as a key trade link between continents.
