The other parts are inclusion of the Iraqi citizens to include paying back salaries & settling Baghdad Erbil disputes. Lifting of all US sanctions to include the release of all Iraq oil profits being held in escrow by the UST. Acceptance into the WTO & IMF. Settlements with Paris Club Agreements. Fulfilling all EO 13303 Agreements. A growing & robust Iraq economy. All these will give us what we are looking for. IMHO. 2
