Parliamentary Committee: Lawsuit against the Prime Minister’s Office for Delaying Budget Schedules

Member of the Parliamentary Integrity Committee, Hadi Al-Salami, revealed today, Saturday, that a lawsuit has been filed against the Prime Minister's Office due to its delay in sending the budget tables, stressing that this delay is a serious legal and constitutional violation.
Al-Salami said in a statement to / Al-Maalouma / agency, "An official complaint has been filed with the Public Prosecution Service against the Council of Ministers due to its violation of Article 62, first, of the Iraqi Constitution, which obliges it to send the budget tables before the end of the fiscal year, in addition to its violation of the Financial Management Law No. 6 of 2019, Article 11, and the Triennial Budget Law 2023-2025, Article 77, second."
He stressed that "the fiscal year ended on December 31, 2024 without the Council of Ministers committing to sending the required tables, which constitutes a clear violation of the Constitution," explaining that "the complaint with the Public Prosecution Service represents the second procedure after contacting the Speaker of Parliament, who in turn formed the Legal and Financial Advisory Committee to follow up on the case and take the necessary measures against the executive authority."
He also announced that "the Minister of Finance and the Prime Minister will soon be hosted in Parliament to question them about these violations."
It is worth noting that the House of Representatives had previously voted on the budget amendment law and sent it to the government to send the budget tables. End 25 min

🤣 maybe they know budget schedules are hiding the amount of money allocated towards investement, which then raises the question of how they will fund it and wheres money coming from, or maybe he knows its based on a new rate!!! lets not forget he was PM...he would be privy to the plans!!!

Yet to be seen.  The Iranian militias are still operating in Iraq, the money laundering by Iran and its "agents" as Trump called them is still astronomical.  When Trump was in office the first official term, Iraq CBI sold 50-70 Million USD a day.  When Biden came in, it jumped to 150-170 million each day.  When Putin crushed the "agents" money laundering network in Ukraine, sales jumped another 100+ to 250-300 million.  Everything I see does not indicate that Sudani has in fact split from the Globalists "Agents of Iran" as of yet.

It's just best to stop guessing when the RV will happen! A lot of us didn't feel we would still be waiting on it.

Umm. this is talking about the Budget (not the RV). More specifically the three year budget bill which was supposed to be passed before 2023 and is taking an Iraqi Minute to pass.

 

Every year the same old same old. A budget gets passed for the prior year in the current year.

Yes I know. One of the above comments mentioned the rate. This is a common theme & reoccurring thing in the threads when articles come out on budgets it turns into members start guessing & predicting the RV.

Hello..haven't heard from Breitling. I reached out a couple of times. Bob sent an email out this past Tuesday stating that his involvement with Dinar investment has come to a close.

Wow, I am sad to hear that.  Did he expound?  No longer believe?  Split with BreitIing?  I do think if the U.S. abolishes the IRS, their investment strategy of the CRUT is no longer viable.  I spoke with Bob several times - a great guy.
