How is it legal for this bank to steal our money?   Oh wait Merica was funneling money into this bank all along and probably still is.   It was done via citi bank in NY and yet NYS denies this all.   In fact Citi bank dismisses your case when you contact the executive office.   Welcome to the so called great country of Merica...  **** THIS PLACE, it is corrupt as Irq is if not worse.

no need for access to it as yet........wait until RV and rate change then worry about it.....investors were given choices back when it was in trouble.....some chose not to transfer cash out, withdraw or transfer stocks.....now we wait....i am not worried until rate change and Rv!

I was not EVER offered the oportunity to withdraw the cash.
