Time to say goodbye

I wish to say that this experience has been one of the most educational experiences I've ever had. 

DV has helped me to grow and become a better person in more ways than I can ever express. I thank everyone, those who loved my commentary and those who didn't. 

It's without question that this site has forever changed me for the better. 

I am thankful for Adam Montana and all the moderators who gave me a chance when I probably didn't deserve it. 

Nevertheless, life has become more than enough for me to deal with. Also I believe that there's nothing more I can offer anyone here. My emotions are as strong as they are deep and for me to continue here would be like playing with 🔥 Fire. 

I simply don't wish to lose the hard earned respect from my peers. 

I've made several dear friends 🧡 here and would loved to have visited with you all. 

 

@pokerplayer Gloria you and your husband are, and always will be, near and dear to my heart and family. You know how to contact me. 

 

@yota691 John, where are you. I've so missed our conversations. Praying the Lord that everything is well with you. You're a great man. 

 

@TexasGranny Your level headed approach to everything astounds me. Such a beautiful person and wonderful spirit. May God bless you in everything. 

 

@bigwave I've never before seen someone as educated as you that has such a rounded perspective on life. And while I will no longer post I most certainly will be following you. A man who has something to teach everyone. Please don't ever stop. 

 

@NoviceInvestor Your generosity for my family will never be forgotten. I'm not sure if you still visit DV but I pray everything is well with you and your family down under. If we never see each other this side of Heaven I always have hope that we will on the other side. 

 

@Adam Montana Finally the architect of something so great. Which has cost you just too much. Nevertheless, I must say that your passion for letting everyone speak their piece as long as they are respectful is truly a rare commodity. Nothing could bring back what you paid for in creating this site. So please know that I speak for many here when I say, thank you.  As long as I live you and your family will be in my prayers. 

 

There are so many others here that I would like to say thanks to individually but that would make this the longest post in DV history. 

Suffice it to say everyone here has played a part in helping me to be a better human being.

To say I have mixed feelings about this is an understatement.  I am sad to see you leave as you have been an integral part of this site for so many years.  I will always think of you when I hear "suddenly".  

 

We have had many spirited discussions over the years - the last being especially so.  I will never forget the time I shared with you a teaching of Jesse Duplantis visiting Heaven, and you so hurt my feelings when you blasted it as heresy.  But, we got over it, as siblings in the Lord do.

 

I also know we all have a life outside of DV, and I'm sure your family and business keep you busy.  I also know you have said you sold most of your dinar, so your focus on this site was likely no longer that. 

 

In spite of our differences, I hold you in highest regard and have a real love for you and your precious family.  We will probably never meet as the long ago plans of Belize are all but gone.  But I didn't want to not say anything about this decision of yours - probably the right decision as we are all weary of the battle.

 

Thanks for giving of yourself all these years.  Your sincere desire to be a blessing was so appreciated by so many.

I will truly miss you, Santa. I thoroughly enjoy reading your posts and partaking in your wisdom. We will be friends for a long time to come long after the R. V happens and hopefully 1 day we will be able to sit down and have a nice chat. MLD ‐ am sad, very sad. I understand but doesn't lessen the disappointment.  So many good ones over the years gone separate ways, some permanently some by choice. I'm grateful,  thankful for your insight and dedication to your faith, your family, your friends.  Many new on here I don't recognize. Am just sad very sad. God bless you - your family your endeavors.

I hope this isn't really goodbye but see you "soon". I have always loved your posts, perspective, energy, enthusiasm, trucker mentality, all that you brought to the DV table. One day, when this is all said and done, I am quite sure we will all get together for a great union. Take care. Stay you, while getting closer to Jesus.

Thankyou @MyLadiesDaddy I am sorry to see you go, as I have been truly blessed in my life by knowing you,, your Faith, Wisdom, Honesty and Knowledge are attributes that make you the person you are and those sentiment I sure have been appreciated by many here. It’s true I am not on here much because as a full time Carer to my Beloved the days just go by so quickly that if it’s not on the written list it’s not done🙂
My email address is still the same and I hope yours hasn’t changed so contact won’t be lost.

Hey Big Guy, I am really gonna miss your posts here on DV! Many gave me a different perspective on certain things than the way I saw it. Thanks. Also the beautiful family pics you posted of your precious babies. Thanks for sharing that and letting us into your life. Oh MLD, I am sorry we won’t be seeing you on this forum, but I understand. Illness and medical problems are plaguing me and my family right now, and between that and work, I too, am having a hard time keeping up, that’s why I am just seeing this post. I still pray that your physical pain will be mightily lessened or eliminated for you. Please take care, and when things are better for you, I hope you’ll visit us again soon.
