Breitling  Hamas moving into Iraq, that's still in play. That is a big issue. We're not going to support Iraq in any way shape or form if Hamas shows up. That's a game changer. This [The Iraqi dinar] is an opportunity until the day it's not. With the Hamas thing right now it's not off the table. I don't see a threat yet. But I'm telling you that could be a big deal. If Hamas gets into Iraq, Iraq is in trouble. Its oil is in trouble. Hamas being in Iraq is a game changer. That's going to shift the markets. All we can do is hope and pray and watch.Thanks for the heads up Breitling.

 

Kaperoni  One of the options in Iraq has been to create a new currency that will replace the existing  dinar. This is in essence a LOP or near neutral event. Not what we want to see.

yep lower denoms and polymer notes is the most advanced and makes sense they will not replace currency without rate change...

If Hamas gets into Iraq and Iraq can’t stop or remove them it’s over. We will not see and RV or anything else but big troubles.

if Iraq can’t stop them then that means they are weak and why the US must maintain forces there to insure Iraq maintains some stability. Remember who their next door neighbor is. Iran, and they support Hamas and many other terrorist organizations.

So if this is true that Hamas is moving into Iraq and Iraq does not disperse them immediately and US forces have to intervene which under Biden who knows what his criminal administration will do, but I have my doubts he will do anything. Means we will not see any idq blessings for another who knows how long. Just my opinion.

 

Iraq must show its strength here if not then they are not stable but weak!
