The head of the New Generation Bloc, Sarwa Abdel Wahed, said, “Based on the lawsuit we filed, the Federal Court decided that it was unconstitutional to extend the life of the governorate councils in the region.” She added, "These councils have been receiving salaries illegally for five years, so they must return every penny they illegally took from the people's livelihood."
