Iran sets a date to announce the results of the assassination of Soleimani and Al-Muhandis

The Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced, today, Monday, “the results of the investigation into the assassination file of the commander of the Quds Force of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, Qassem Soleimani, and the deputy head of the Popular Mobilization Forces, Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, and their companions, will be revealed next month. ”

 

Abbas Ali Kadkhodai, advisor to the Iranian Foreign Minister, said in statements to the Iranian news agency IRNA, “Within the framework of this file, a number of defendants have been identified to have their convictions approved by the relevant court. ”

 

He noted that "the international side related to the Soleimani assassination file is facing some delay due to the nature of the circumstances prevailing in this part of the work," stressing at the same time that the required results will be obtained due to the measures taken in cooperation with international advisors .

 Today, Thursday (September 28, 2029), the Iranian judiciary announced the preparation of 800 judicial communications addressed to employees and protectors of the law, regarding the case of the assassination of the commander of the Quds Force of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, Qassem Soleimani.

 

The first deputy head of the Iranian judiciary, Mohammad Mosaddeq, said, “The judiciary issued summons and indictments against 73 Americans convicted of the assassination of Qasem Soleimani,” noting that “12,000 pages of legal documents were collected in the form of 60 volumes,” according to the Iranian “Tasnim” agency .

 

Mosaddegh added, "97 rows of defendants have been identified," stressing that "among these defendants is former US President Donald Trump, who clearly ordered the implementation of this terrorist attack, and was tried as a supporter and spiritual official of this attack."

 

The Iranian judicial official pointed out, “So far, separate requests for judicial cooperation have been sent to 9 countries that may be involved in coordinating this terrorist attack, and several responses have been received in this regard. ”

 

The Iranian President, Ibrahim Raisi, confirmed that Iran “seeks to achieve justice and bring to justice the perpetrators of the assassination of the commander of the Quds Force of the Revolutionary Guard, Qassem Soleimani .”

 

Raisi said, in his speech during the meeting of the seventy-eighth session of the United Nations General Assembly, “We will not forget the blood of the martyr Soleimani and we will not stop holding those responsible for his assassination accountable,” according to the Iranian “Fars” agency.
