Angel1   There is one more requirement the WTO is asking from Iraq and that is to change their exchange rate.  That is what the WTO is waiting for.

We must ask ourselves why all the sudden the urgency for everyone to get their hands on a De La Rue counting machine.  Something BIG is going down.

Just about every major bank in any major US city, especially the ones that buy & sell foreign currencies.

MM is claiming there are reports that Sudani has ordered the Internet be switched off / shut down for 11 days. But if I remember correctly do they not do this around about this time of year due to exams?

  Your Absolutly correct @BETTYBOOP  Not sure about the 11 day part, but they do shut the Internet down during exams due to cheating.

Of course he isn't gonna tell you it's because of the exams. What would he gain off of that?? He would lose his patreon members if he actually told the truth.

in preparation....this tender went out years ago.....so maybe they are finally making a decision.....soon 🤣

Yup.    Also border crossings shut down in order to control smuggling, stealing Iraq's treasures & money laundering.
