Paulette  Question: "Has there been any word on the HCL possibly being resolved yet?" I have not seen anything on the HCL for years, only the Oil and Gas Law between Baghdad and Kurdistan. Did you not see that they finalized agreement and signed MOU's...?? This will be the final basis for the Oil and Gas Law!! DONE!! DONE!! DONE!!

Well even though this duffass is a pumping liar, I have heard from someone on BGG's private site that his supposed intel giver from JP Morgan was saying they were working on a high rate in the $3+ ranges. But this person could also be fos too....after all, it is BGG's site.

      Do you REALLY think that we will see an increase in the IQD  in our lifetime? I just want to get your honest opinion.

Good morning Yendor.  Absolutely YES, and I'm convinced that it will happen this year. The questions are: (1) When exactly, (2) What's the initial rate, (3) How will it float (controlled or Free)..?  RON

Here's hoping.............   but we are fast running out of year. I honestly don't care how it will change OR the amount. Just to see something positive happen would seem like a miracle.

 

Thanks for all that you bring to the site.......... I would usually say "TO THIS DINAR FAMILY" but it seems that most of the "family" seems to have abandoned ship or just plain disappeared.
