Hey there.  $750 per million is ideal, I usually offer to DV'ers below the 'official' exchange rate.

Majority of notes are uncirculated, some are slightly circulated.  

Nothing crumbled/torn or looks as if its been through the ringer.

Been sitting in a safe for many years.
