Walkingstick  The ATMs are lit up.  The light are on the new ATMs...the screen, we paraphrase it because I really don't know the interpretation from their language into our language, but basically it says 'Offline'.  The ATMs at this time say offline but the bells and whistles are on.

After all these years of Frank yacking, you would think just once he would post a link to support this great insider knowledge he has. Maybe he does on his platform but I have never had a thought about thinking I want to go there to see what else he spews.
