Yes.  Iraq will become a donor nation in due time, but first Iraq must take care of it's problems at home with the unemployed starving Iraqis.

But how many more years are they going to need to solve it's problem when noone dares to combat the corruption and put malarky and his cronies to jail for the rest of their lives ? 1 year? Or

1 decade? or even longer than 1 decade?

Good questions...

Iraq has all its priorities wrong.

Iraq is the biggest donor to the Arab Fund & Middle East projects.

The Iraq citizens should have priority-1.

Nothing will change in Iraq as long as Maliki breaths.   All IMHO.
