Song got a few renditions by various bands  through the years but not even one  worth mentioning imo

 

Originals are  almost always the best (except very rare cases)...JMHO

Nirvana rec'd a rendition of this one....As I said I usually  love originals myself ( with all the due respect for Nirvana mind you...RIP Kurt Cobain)

Have always loved this one since day one I happened to listen ( summer 1970/71...I was 13/14) when I borrowed the cassette  from a friend  for a few days.......

 

I guess that was the  1st time in my life I got to hear a sitar sound....I deemed it  sooo beautiful right away....That  really sparked my interest for Indian music........
