Shafaq News/ The exchange rates of the US dollar against the Iraqi dinar have risen again, this evening, Sunday, with the closure of the main stock market in Baghdad, and Erbil, the capital of Kurdistan Region.

 

 

Shafaq News agency reporter said that the central Al-Kifah Stock Exchange in Baghdad closed this evening at 144,250 dinars, compared to 100, while the prices this morning were 144,000 dinars.

 

Buying and selling prices rose in exchange shops in the local markets in Baghdad as well, as the selling price reached 145,250 dinars, while the buying price reached 143,250 dinars per 100 dollars. In Erbil, the dollar also recorded an increase, as the selling price reached 144,750 dinars per 100 dollars, and the purchase price was 144,650. dinars for 100 dollars.

The lowest exchange rate for the dinar against the dollar during the current year was recorded at 1670 dinars per dollar, before it gradually recovered and closed last week's trading at 1445.

Our correspondent indicated that the buying and selling prices in exchange shops in the local markets in Baghdad have stabilized, as the selling price reached 145,750 Iraqi dinars, while the purchase price reached 143,750 dinars for every 100 dollars.

 

In Erbil, the dollar recorded an increase, as the selling price reached 145,250 dinars for every 100 dollars, and the purchase price was 145,150 dinars for 100 dollars.
