Baghdad / NINA / - Independent MP Jawad Al-Yasari confirmed: The power of speculators and currency traders is delaying the government's measures to implement the new exchange rate.

He told the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA /: that despite the government's good decision regarding the exchange rate, which to some extent stopped its rapid and continuous rise, its implementation procedures are still slow.

Al-Yasari added: The strength of traders and price speculators and their continued manipulation without committing to the new price delayed the implementation of the government decision.

And he continued: The government's procedures regarding this matter are slow and unclear, which require quick and effective steps that enhance citizen confidence in official procedures./ End 3

Are " speculators " implying to dinar investors?? Does that mean " dinar investors " are the reason behind delaying the RV? So , the iraqi government has noone to blame , but they blame the speculators / dinar investors?

I think you will find they are referring to in country. Nobody could possibly know where people who hold dinar outwith Iraq actually are located. Unless of course you are shouting it from the roof of your house. Apart from that we are small fish and irrelevant  to this. It is mainly the street traders in Iraq it is being referred to if you read it properly.

Its very clear whats going on. It's called corruption! As long as the "Auctions" are alive, no one's getting paid. Get it?

Not so... every county in the world sells money everyday. It is just the other countries have better control. All governments are corrupt Iraq is more blatant about it and this is what the US want to be controlled. Money exchanges keep the world turning
