Yes they just posted the update on YouTube also I literally just watched it before coming back on here. The CBI apparently has issued to Parliament for changing the dinar rate.

Who is them? Breitling? The thread title and first post are confusing.  Who is sending the email please?

False alarm…just a statement from two members saying that the cbi has stated their intention to parliament to change  rates ! Very vague,..hear say at this stage unless we get verification and validation from cbi Governor, cbi or pm
