yota691 Posted February 1, 2023 Report Share Posted February 1, 2023 Presidency of the World Economic Forum appreciates the participation of the President of the Republic Iraq 01/31/2023 Baghdad: morning President of the Republic, Dr. Abd al-Latif Jamal Rashid, received a letter of thanks from the founder of the World Economic Forum, Klaus Schwab, and Borg Brende, president of the forum, which recently held its work in Davos. Schwab and Brendi praised the President's leadership of the dialogue sessions and the positive impact that prevailed at the annual meeting of the Economic Forum, and his proposals on modernizing economic systems, reforming the public sector, supporting the private sector, and enhancing cooperation with neighboring countries of Iraq. In their message, Schwab and Brende said: "We would like to express to Your Excellency our sincere thanks and appreciation for your active participation in the annual World Economic Conference, which was held in Davos 2023 under the title "Cooperation in a Fragmented World." They added, "More than (2,700) world government leaders, businessmen, and heads of institutions of the international community participated in the World Economic Forum, who support a fruitful dialogue with a large and clear focus on impacts and solutions." They stated that "despite the challenges and geo-economics facing the world and the geopolitical headwinds, there is a strong commitment to revitalizing collective action through economic stability, promoting long-term investments and meeting society's basic needs for food, energy and water, while making further progress towards climate-related goals." . They expressed their appreciation for the leadership of the President of the Republic in the dialogue sessions and the positive impact that overwhelmed the annual meeting of the Economic Forum. The public sector, supporting the private sector, and enhancing cooperation with Iraq's neighboring countries.
