They need to arrest Malarki!  He is the main root of most, if not ALL of Iraq's problems. Better yet, arrest him, put him on trial for all his crooked dealings, and then hang him high!  They have a faster judicial than we do, or they can have, if they want. They could try and convict, and hang Malarki in a week, if they wanted too!

Yep, I agree Smoky. 

Either he has some serious dirt on someone / entity or there are "interests" way up the food chain that are protecting him and want this to continue.

He must be paying a pretty penny in bribes and security to be still moving around.

One good drone strike or laser guided bomb would solve the problem.

Al Awandi has been transferring iraq monies to Iran for the last 10 years.  All money designated for construction projects are lost & gone for good & that's why Iraq has made no progress in the last 10 years.  When on when will the Iraqis wake up?
