    Yes ! I was there too!  The real rate of the iqd is based on oil production , reserves , gold , and there is more than enough  for the rate to go back to "normal " , $3.22  . One rate needs to be in the budget . My bet is that it will start at $3.22 , then sky rocket ,blue sky , higher than Kuwait .

its been so many years ago and several hard drive crashes - replacements where much was stored and to many life situations to completely remember but shabibi and his spokesperson mohammand selah  ( sp ) who is still involved and no doubt knew exactly what shabibi had planned ... went something like this , iqd come out with a strong exchange rate only move 2% up or down every 90 days pegged to a basket of currencies thats the over simplified version iqd holders were buzzing and every body had their own interpretation ... will still sit and wait .... cheers
