The State of Law coalition parliamentary bloc confirmed, on Monday, that the state administration forces agreed to pass three important laws during the current legislative term, indicating that the political forces have now begun to prepare and discuss the provincial councils law.
A member of the bloc, Representative Muhammad Al-Saihoud, said in a statement to Al-Maalouma, “The political forces all agreed, without exception, to pass three important laws during the current legislative season, foremost of which is the approval of the budget law for the current year,” noting that “the approval of the draft budget law will take place before the end of the month.” next February.”
He added, “The other two laws are the oil and gas law, which will solve many of the problems and challenges that we face every year regarding the budget and the relationship between the region and the center. As for the last law, which the political forces began to prepare and discuss, it is the provincial councils law.”
And the representative of the Kurdistan Democratic Party bloc had confirmed in a previous statement to Al-Maalouma that the approval of the budget law will not exceed the month of February, indicating that there are no major obstacles to the completion of the draft law.

Same. They've used the budget allocations as a work around to not have the hcl for years. Every year dinarland celebrates the hcl is in the budget when in fact its not. Its seems like this year theyre saying the right things and at least saying for now that they donet need to fight over the budget because the oil and gas law supersedes it. If we see them start to fight over the budget allocations and put that in parliament without the hcl Id say this is hot air.

AM has mentioned he will have post rv investments in Iraq for any VIP members interested. It would still be good to hear his 2 cents  on everything taking place as of late
