Perhaps he has been talking with the Supreme Court and they've decided there really was fraud committed by the Democrats?  You know fraud vitiates everything, no need for a new election, Trump wins, walks right into the White House, of course in January, so he'll have another 6 years in office, so he doesn't go over 10 years.
