Those are the current people making up the Iraqi government. I read nothing into it, of course I did not bother to check out each position and who held that position prior to March 7th. I guess that would have to be looked into in order to see if the list has any new meaning.

Good find Bigfoot, and certainly worth looking into, but I don't have the time to do it.

Doesn't anybody bother to look at the dates on the bottom of the page? This is a list of the govt. officials in May 2007. It is just a reposting to the elected officials of Iraq before the March 2010 elections.

Read people before jumping to conclusions.

Not again lol if this was done and Maliki was in, all that garbage of talking between blocs and meetings to decide on nominees would not be going on...they arent going to keep dragging this out if they have people in place already....not to mention there hasent been another parliment meeting so nothing has been done.....the people of Iraq are suffering and they are not going to let this continue just to hide the fact they already have a gov figured out..... it isent top secret super duper secret stuff that no one can know about....there are too many people putting pressure on them to get this done for them to be hiding behind a curtain, winner already figured out...too much at stake right now....but ill take it as you making a prediction of who is going to come out being PM, that is acceptable :)
