This was extracted from last month article.

Mr. Muqtada al-Sadr has accurate accounts, and he has patience, and we call him (strategic patience).

“The consensus government is bringing back the same tools that the reference warned against, and there is no success in consensus, but the game will be revealed after a month or two."

If they need help building the gallows I'd be happy to help. They don't even need to pay me. Just give me an RV ( and I don't mean one with wheels) and we can call it even! Lol. In all seriousness this is news many Iraqi citizens are probably happy about. Finally someone who has stolen billions and billions from the people and held them in a docile place for years has met his match and justice shall prevail.  They caught him red handed.

You watch ... They'll trot out some elaborate lame frame up storyline with someone who does celebrity voice impersonations behind the plot in an effort to " besmirch the good name of Honest & trustworthy Ole Tater "

Like anyone's gonna buy that BS narrative, but they'll push it real hard down the throats of the people.

It'll just make things worse for Tater: if there's no shadow of doubt remaining he better have an exit strategy out of Iraq.

Not that will help either. They'd hound him til they found him.

Iraq Crisis: Former PM Audio Leaks Anger Religious Leader

Nouri al-Maliki (Left) Muqtada al-Sadr (Right) - Source: AFP

Despite being away from power for several years, former Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki has made headlines over the last few hours following a number of leaked audio recordings that were attributed to him, in which he allegedly makes strong attacks against prominent pro-Iran religious leader Muqtada al-Sadr.

The audio leaks that have stirred much debate in Iraq have been preserved as dangerous ones that might interrupt the country's hardly stable political scene, especially since it features major political plans that could turn into violent clashes between followers of both political leaders.

In the five audio excerpts leaked accounting for nearly 15 minutes of conversation, former Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki is believed to criticize the Shia scholar, politician, and militia leader Muqtada al-Sadr, who has been leading the Sadrist Movement in recent years.

Nouri al-Maliki was the third and longest-serving Prime Minister of Iraq following the US invasion and the toppling of Saddam Hussien in 2003.

Among statements that have driven major reactions in Iraq was Nouri al-Maliki's description of Muqtada al-Sadr as "a bloodthirsty murderer" who is "spiteful". "He is also a coward who robbed the whole country", Nouri al-Maliki adds.

Pledging to not "keep the Shia and Iraq in the hands of Moqtada al-Sadr", the Shia politician claims that his country "is on the verge of a devastating war from which no one will survive except by defeating Muqtada al-Sadr and his political allies".

In the yet-to-be-verified leaks, Nouri al-Maliki continues his attack on Moqtada al-Sadr calling him "a murderer, how many did he kill in Baghdad? The kidnappings, the car bombings. He is not a master, he is a coward, a traitor, an ignorant who knows nothing".

In response, Nouri al-Maliki's office released an official statement on the 13th of July 2022 invalidating the audio leaks and claiming it was "fabricated using audio technologies to stir political unrest in Iraq".

iraq audio leaks

As a result of the audio leaks, supporters of religious leader Moqtada al-Sadr took to the streets calling on the former Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki to "surrender himself", pointing at boiling political tension in the country.

Videos shared on social media also showed supporters of al-Sadr as they set offices of Nouri al-Maliki's Islamic Call political party on fire in Baghdad's Sadr City.

Translation: "Burning the office of Islamic Call party in Baghdad's Sadr City by the youth of the Popular Mobilization Forces after Nouri al-Maliki described them as cowards."

Online, thousands of tweets used the hashtag #سلم_نفسك_نوري (surrender, Nouri), demanding legal consequences against the prominent politician.

In response to growing protests, Moqtada al-Sadr's spokesman Muhammed Salih Al-Iraqi called on al-Sadr's followers to end protests, a move that did not help calm the situation amid calls for Moqtada al-Sadr to personally address his supporters.

Audio leaks were posted online by US-based Iraqi activist and journalist Ali Fadhil who established the US-Iraqi Anti-Corruption Foundation.

Nouri Al-Maliki states that the next stage is fighting in Iraq, he states he defends himself based on organizing his fighters not the State army and police. https://t.co/Pwtfy5XEYz

— Firmesk O. Rahim (@FirmeskOthman2) July 16, 2022

Ali Fadhil pledged that Nouri al-Maliki audio leaks are only "the beginning of a series of leaks through which he will expose Iraqi corrupt politicians", whom he accused of "destroying the country".

Ali Fadhil described Nouri al-Maliki leaks as ones from a secret meeting with his allies to discuss their plan to start their campaign. Fadhil also promised to release the content of the nearly 1-hour meeting later on.

Leaks of the owner
For the sake of Tech for Peace team to perform their work neutral and reliably in clarifying facts and exposing fake news to the noble public.
We have been working since the first moments of the blogger (Ali Fadel) published the first audio clip on July 13, 2022, which claimed to be part of a leaked recording of the former Iraqi Prime Minister and the head of the State of Law Coalition (Nouri Al-Malki) to verify this and publish it for other recordings afterwards, continue Me at work taking notes About those records to find out what it is.
Despite the repeated denial of the owner of those recordings and his claims that he blessed them by quoting clips from his voice and editing them to appear this way, the remarks we received about the audio prove otherwise and my agency:
1- After the blogger (Ali Fadel) published five audio recordings of a set length of 16:41 minutes, he claimed that it was part of an audio recording that lasted for about a full hour, it is proof that the recordings in circulation were not fabricated by merging different audio recordings of the owner to show them this way, as well as Nope and on all the running records Sentence transitions were very consistent and natural, different and inconsistent transitions or interruptions were not noticed indicating merging different audio sounds.
2- When listening to the five released audio recordings, it is noticed that the tone of the voice that was claimed to be Al-Malki's talk was in a single layer attached to an echo without any difference and without any disturbance.
3- Comparing the sound in the circulating audio recordings with the voice of Al-Malki in several meetings with him, the last of which was aired by the (Al-Ahad) satellite channel yesterday, Wednesday, 20 July 2022, a great similarity was noted in the wording of vocabulary mentioned in the circulating recordings and in meetings with pain Iron, especially the words (Sunnah, Muqtada Al-Sadr, Shia, Communism)
4- The presence of different voices of people speaking at a different voice level with the presence of chair movement and voice of friction are additional evidence that the recordings in circulation have not been fabricated by sound fabrication software.
5- Extensive research has been carried out to identify the tools and devices available for sound falsification and a number of software and tools that news sites have taken up in their articles such as SV2TTS and AutoVC software which have been tested to conduct experiments for fabrication of sounds and deception both from W application eChat that lets users log in with voice, Amazon app Alexa, which allowed users to use voice commands to make electronic app purchases and payments to third parties such as Uber, managed to trick WeChat and Alexa, but noted that deep forgery was more successful in imitating women's voices and linguists' voices. English of foreign origin, in case we didn't reach any applications To falsify the sound in Arabic, especially that talking in recordings ensures the pronunciation of vocabulary in slang dialect.
At the end it must be noted that the above points were posted after reviewing the recordings, we shared them to clarify the truth of the claims circulating about this, waiting for the specialized government authorities and the Iraqi judiciary which announced a fundamental investigation on the proportionate audio leaks The landlord has upheld the law after receiving a request regarding this from the public claim.

Where to start? As I said before,  with Maliki's crew, preventing a quorum of votes to sit the duly elected government of Iraq from last October that this will end with new elections or a skirmish between Sadr and Maliki. I believe this now more so than ever with Sadr preventing Maliki and crew from forming a quorum when Maliki recently tried to sit himself or a puppet as Primeminister. Maliki is just planting a smoke screen to justify his pre-emptive strike on Sadr; or visa versa, but Sadr is not speaking such stuff ... publicly. Just remember during the immediate time after Saddam was deposed, all the different "militias" that were battling while Maliki was PM, Sadr's Brigade was at the top of the food chain back then. So he got stashes of cashes burried somewhere. If the new elections don't manifest, one of these two are gonna die, maybe both. Synthesis of voices and clips from previous speeches, very Jason Bourne like. Yes easily done nowadays, but why hasn't Maliki come up with Sadr doing something similar. Everyone already knew each had their own loyal army. Sadr was the only one willing to disarm for the sake of the sovereignty of Iraq, if Maliki would do the same. Errnt, thats not happening with Maliki's saber rattling talk going on. Just the NWO Soros, Schwab types trying to keep their thing from collapsing world wide.

“Technology” resolves the controversy over the authenticity of the leaked audio recordings attributed to the owners

Baghdad - people

The "Technology for Peace" organization revealed, on Thursday, the truth of the leaked audio recordings attributed to the leader of the State of Law coalition, Nuri al-Maliki.

The organization said in a statement that Nass received a copy of it (July 21, 2022), that "the Technology for Peace team is keen to perform its work in an impartial and reliable manner in clarifying the facts and exposing fake news to the honorable public."

She added, "We have worked since the first moments of the blogger (Ali Fadel) publishing the first audio clip on July 13, 2022, which he claimed was part of a leaked recording of the former Iraqi Prime Minister and head of the State of Law coalition (Nuri al-Maliki) to verify this and to publish other recordings. After that, we continued to work on taking notes about those recordings to find out what they were.”

And she continued, "Despite the repeated denials of the owners of these recordings and his claim that he fabricated them by quoting and installing clips from his voice and installing them to appear in this way, the observations we made about the video prove the opposite, as follows:

1- After the blogger (Ali Fadel) published five audio recordings with a total length of 16:41 minutes, he claimed that they were part of an audio recording that lasted for about an hour. Also, in all the circulating recordings, the transition between the sentences was very consistent and natural, and there were no different and inconsistent transitions or the presence of pieces as an indication of the merging of different audio clips.

2- When listening to the five audio recordings that were published, it is noted that the tone of the voice that was claimed to be al-Maliki’s speech was in one layer, accompanied by an echo, free of any difference and without any distortion.

3- By comparing the voice in the circulated audio recordings with that of Al-Maliki in several interviews that were conducted with him, the last of which was broadcast by Al-Ahed satellite channel yesterday, Wednesday, July 20, 2022, a great similarity was observed in the pronunciation of words mentioned in the current recordings and in the meetings with Al-Maliki, Especially the words (Sunnis, Muqtada al-Sadr, Shiites, Shiism).

4- The presence of different voices of people speaking at a different volume, with the presence of sounds of a chair movement and a sound of friction, are additional indications that the circulating recordings were not fabricated by sound-fabrication programs.

5- Extensive research was conducted to identify the tools and devices available for voice spoofing and a number of programs and tools that were covered by news sites in articles were found, such as SV2TTS and Auto VC, which were tested to conduct experiments to fake voices and deceive both the WeChat application that allows users to log in with their voice, And the Amazon Alexa app, which allowed users to use voice commands to make online purchases and payments via third-party apps like Uber, the fake apps managed to trick We Chat and Alexa, but deep fakes were more successful at mimicking the voices of women and the voices of foreign-born English speakers. We did not find any applications to falsify the voice in Arabic, especially since the conversation in the recordings included the pronunciation of vocabulary in the colloquial dialect.”

The organization concluded by saying, "In the end, it must be noted that the above points were written down after reviewing the recordings, and we shared them to clarify the truth of the allegations circulating about this, pending the competent government authorities and the Iraqi judiciary, which announced the conduct of fundamental investigations regarding the audio leaks attributed to the owners in accordance with the law after receiving a request regarding That's from the public prosecutor's office."

The Sadrist movement attacks al-Maliki over the leaks: underestimates the reference

political01:04 - 22/07/2022

Baghdad - Mawazine News
, head of the political body of the Sadrist movement, Ahmed Al-Mutairi, confirmed today, Friday, that the leaks attributed to Al-Maliki show his disdain for the religious authority and are intended to sow discord among the followers of the same sect.

Al-Mutairi said in a statement received by Mawazine News, a copy of it, that "the leaks attributed to Al-Maliki are intended to sow discord among the followers of the same sect, especially since Sadr's followers are many and widespread, but the wisdom of the leader Muqtada al-Sadr prevented sedition."

And he added, "His mention of the conspiracy and his living this lie, especially as he will ally with those he accused of conspiracy and Israeli-Gulf workers - as he claims -, so that everyone seeks power, even at the expense of values and principles."

and that "

Al-Mutairi stressed that "the speaker of al-Maliki underestimated the religious authority and he knows that it rejects him by saying (the tried is not tested), whether in his person or with his idea and system."

He pointed out that "the leaks and it is correct to say that they were fabricated against him - and this is a remote possibility - we have heard such words from him over and over again, and that this talk is circulating among most of those who are now opposed to forming the government from the framework, so how can he fabricate what is adopted by him and by them."

Al-Mutairi concluded the statement, "This leak was intended to destroy the country and kill the people. The government, the respected judiciary and the security authorities must find out from this. If it is a lie and fabrication, it must bring the perpetrators to justice, and if it is true and honest - and this is expected - it must bring the speaker to justice." Ended 29/PM 99

Earth News/ Head of the Sadrist movement's political body, Ahmed Al-Mutairi, indicated on Friday that the recent leaks of the head of the State of Law coalition, Nuri al-Maliki, highlight the speaker's mentality and his relationship with neighboring countries.

A statement by Al-Mutairi, received by Earth News, said, "The leaks attributed to Al-Maliki want several things, which are as follows:

1- Sowing discord among the sons of the same sect, especially since the followers of al-Sadr are many and widespread, but the wisdom of Muqtada al-Sadr prevented discord, (And God suffices the believers in fighting, and God is All-Powerful, the Mighty)

2- To highlight the personality of the speaker while he accuses everyone of false and false accusations, so that he is your Lord, the Most High and the only Savior among the men of this country, especially the Shiites among them.

3- His mention of the conspiracy and living this lie, especially since he will ally with those he accused of conspiracy and the Israeli-Gulf workers - as he claims -, so it became clear to everyone his quest for power, even at the expense of values and principles.

4- The leaks highlight the tribal mentality of the speaker and how he seeks refuge with his tribe and wants to engage them in a Shiite-Shiite fight and is not afraid of the sanctity of Iraqi blood,   which was the reason for his shedding more than once and in more than one province, as mentioned previously and later.

5- His disdain for the religious reference when he knows that it rejects him by saying   (the tempted is not tempted), whether with his person or with his idea and system.

6- If it is true that he said that these leaks were fabricated against him - and this is a remote possibility - we have heard such talk from him over and over again, and this hadith is circulating among most of those who are now opposed to forming the government from the framework, so how can he fabricate what is adopted by him and by them?

7- The leak shows the extent of the speaker’s relationship with the neighboring countries to ask them for cover, money and weapons, and the truthfulness of God Almighty’s saying in it: (Whenever they kindled a fire for war, God extinguishes it, and they strive on the earth to slay corruption and wickedness).

In summary, this leak was intended to destroy the country and kill the people. The government, the respected judiciary and the security authorities must find out from this, and if it was a lie and fabrication, then it must bring the perpetrators to justice, and if it is true and honest - and this is expected -   it must bring the speaker to justice.

The controversy over “Al-Maliki’s leak” continues .. and Al-Sadr enters the line

Raise your voice - Washington

The debates are confined between the Sadrist movement, which won the most seats, and the coordinating framework forces that unite Maliki’s alliance with the losing forces.
The relationship between al-Sadr and al-Maliki has been strained since the latter launched a military campaign against the Mahdi Army militia

The controversy that has been going on for more than a week, regarding the statements of politician Faiq Sheikh Ali about “the end of the Iraqi regime at the hands of an international team,” did not end until, on Wednesday, another controversy erupted, after the publication of an audio recording, the publisher of which claimed to be the head of the “State of Law” coalition, Nuri al-Maliki. , which he denied as a "fake".

The recording was widely circulated on the pages of the Iraqis on the communication sites, in which the speaker was heard attacking the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, in the strongest terms, saying that the latter's supporters had received support from Iran during the military operations that targeted them in what was known as the "Soul of the Knights".

The Knights of the Knights: A military operation launched by the Iraqi government headed by Nuri al-Maliki (March 2008), against the Mahdi Army, led by Muqtada al-Sadr.

The recording's publisher, Iraqi journalist Ali Fadel, wrote: "What you will listen to are excerpts and a small portion of a recording of a secret meeting of Nouri al-Maliki with those close to him, in order to mark the zero hour. The recording time for the meeting is about an hour, and I will publish the rest of the recording very soon.”

In it, the spokesman accused the President of the Iraqi Kurdistan Region, Massoud Barzani, of seeking to “inaugurate a sectarian leadership for the Sunnis of Iraq with the inclusion of Muqtada al-Sadr to that axis as the sole representative of the Shiites.”

He stressed “the need to preserve Shiite interests in the face of existing blocs, because al-Sadr is ignorant, and the rule of Iraq cannot be accepted for him,” recalling the security prosecutions that affected his followers in 2008, after many of them were imprisoned and others were forced to flee outside the country.

The persecutions launched by the security authorities against al-Sadr's supporters during the first term of Nuri al-Maliki, constituted the core of the hostility and the beginning of his opponents that expanded over the years.

Al-Sadr and Al-Maliki exchanged accusations many times, some of which were characterized by statements and others by insinuation, as long as they were accompanied by warnings of the explosion of the street and the congestion of the public scene in the country, which is what happened, Wednesday, following the circulation of the recording.

These sharp differences were recently reflected in the disruption of the results of the legislative elections that took place last October, after their announced numbers remained suspended from implementation when appointing the President of the Republic and forming the largest parliamentary bloc, which has the authority to name the next prime minister.

The supporters and followers of the Sadrist movement of al-Maliki have feelings of hatred and resentment, which always dominates in any case of heat or political conflict between the two camps.

That cut and intersection between the two parties prompted al-Sadr to submit his deputies’ resignation and leave the scene of forming the next government, after al-Maliki and the coordinating framework put the stick in the wheel of the political process, and imposed the option of participating together or suspending the scene as a whole.

Al-Maliki denies

A few hours after the recording was published, Al-Maliki’s media office, in a statement obtained by Raze Your Voice, denied the authenticity of the recording.

The statement confirmed that "what was published is a recording that was synthesized through modern audio technologies using Deep Fake technology, which has become easily available, to imitate someone's voice with a degree of accuracy that can deceive the audience by using smart devices available in the market."

He added that "the circulation and broadcast of this recording comes at a very sensitive time and juncture in which the political process and the Iraqi reality are going through, and it gives an indication that the preparation for it was in advance."

The statement called on the media to “beware of falling into ambushes of fabricated news promoted by some suspicious channels, and to elicit information from their official sources.”

Confirming the denial, al-Maliki issued a second statement, in which he said, "I convey my warning to all my brothers in the political process against fraud and forgery and the use of modern technology devices in attributing statements to me and others."

“On the occasion of what was published on the communication sites of obscene words attributed to me in which he insulted His Eminence Muqtada al-Sadr, and I announce the denial and denial, and I remain committed to the desire for good relations with the gentleman and his respected apparatus, and I hope that they do not believe what is published because what I receive from such a video is a lot, but I neglect it because I I know it is a sedition that they are sending to break ranks and stir up unrest.”

On Thursday, the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, commented on the audio leaks attributed to the leader of the State of Law coalition, Nuri al-Maliki, during which he directed accusations and criticisms of Iraqi political leaders.

Al-Sadr said in a tweet, which included directives to his followers regarding the upcoming Friday prayer tomorrow, “Do not care about the leaks, we do not value it,” without explicitly mentioning Al-Maliki’s name.

Al-Sadr added that "the voice of Friday is louder than any other protest," stressing that "it will not enter into another sedition."

"Temptation"

Commenting on the content of the recording, writer and political analyst Abdul-Amir Al-Majer told "Raise Your Voice" that "the circulation of such leaks, at that sensitive time in the country, is an attempt to stir up unrest and confusion."

He adds that "the general situation in Iraq, especially as a result of the political crisis that has been going on for more than eight months, cannot bear the amount of these bad investments of the dispute between the parties to the scene in Iraq, specifically between al-Sadr and al-Maliki."

“It is an attempt to pull the crisis between the two parties towards the popular street and create a bloody and violent clash that, if it occurs, will destroy the remaining chances of survival for the country,” Hungary continues.

On Twitter, Kurdistan Democratic Party MP Majid Shankali wrote that the purpose of the leak was to "stoke discord", regardless of its authenticity or not.

And he added in a tweet on Twitter, "Far from the authenticity or incorrectness of the leak attributed to the owners, whoever did it has nothing of morals, and provoking the leak at this time aims to sedition."

Negation of negation

Commenting on al-Maliki's denial of the recording, many Iraqi activists and media professionals questioned its fabrication, some of them relying on evidence and proof.

Among them is journalist Othman Al-Mukhtar, who tweeted on his Twitter page, "I sent the leaked recording of former Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki to an expert in audio techniques, who confirmed to me after examining it that the recording was not subject to any manipulation or alteration of the pitch, and it is true."

On the other hand, many of the pioneers of Iraqi communication sites supported that the recording was “fabricated” and its purpose was to “spread sedition” and drag the country into an armed clash between Maliki’s supporters and al-Sadr, pointing the finger at its publisher in the first place, whose name became at the forefront of the Iraqi trend, Wednesday, along with Al-Maliki and the Coordination Framework.

In the opinions and controversy surrounding the registration, it seemed that most of them dealt with it as a leak, not a fabricator, and based on it a view of the political reality in Iraq, and others of the future, which were not without fear and caution of what the power-based struggle might carry.

Al-Maliki was also not spared the ridicule of other Iraqis, who portrayed him in caricatures “afraid” of a possible attack by Al-Sadr’s armed followers, or in a “failed” attempt by him to calm the situation and justify what happened.

For his part, writer  Amer Ibrahim tweeted  , "The exchanged audio leaks are new evidence of the futility and failure of the sectarian rule experiment, a partisan, governmental, legislative, judicial, and media failure."

The writer and researcher Asaad Al-Nasiri said that "any clash between the political parties will kill many young people," adding in a tweet on Twitter, "These young people, including many who insulted us, killed our youth and blew up our homes. But, do some people think that we want bloodshed between them?! .

In another tweet, Al  - Nasiri  wrote , “Information for Al-Maliki. I am not a party to this conflict, but my heart is with Iraq. Whoever killed you in Basra is not officially the current. The engine was people under the guise of the current and now they are close to you! Evidence that the current at that time disavowed those who were affiliated with it in the fight and did not consider them martyrs! Look for this information,” referring to Operation “The Knights of the Knights.”

The Iraqi activist,  Shams Bashir , commented denouncing: “They exchange statements and leaks on the basis that they are playing Mortal Combat. Not a country and the lives of 40 million people are threatened by civil wars and collapse. Al-Maliki is convinced that Iraq is Shiite and the rest of the components - whether Kurds, Sunnis or others - participating in the process are “a penetrator” of the political scene.”

In the same sense, journalist  Baha Khalil wrote,  “It is a heartbreak in my heart to hear the word (Iraqi) from Nuri al-Maliki, all his statements and words are about, the Shiites, the components, the Sunnis, the Kurds, the Sadrists. It seems that this person does not know such a thing as a national identity.”

Shafaq News/ The leader of the Islamic Dawa Party, Ali Al-Alaq, called on Thursday for the dismissal of the party's Secretary-General, leader of the State of Law coalition, Nuri al-Maliki, and the abolition of this position, against the background of audio leaks attributed to the latter, while stressing the need to adhere to the approach of the supreme religious reference Ali. Al-Sistani, while the Dawa Party considered that Al-Alaq does not represent him.

Al-Alaq said in a statement received by Shafaq News Agency, "After the spread of recent leaks, which, regardless of their validity or incorrectness, have seriously harmed the Shiite reality in particular and Iraq in general, which requires all of us as advocates concerned with the matter of the call and its fate, and calls from those who are currently facing the responsibility of the call in particular and those who have taken on this responsibility. And they must fulfill its fidelity before God and join the righteous martyrs, the current preachers, and the Iraqi people, in order to empty their debts of the responsibility placed on them and preserve for the call its prestige and its shining history and to ward off the danger of falling and falling into the quagmire of politics far from the constants and adoptions of Islam, or to be a bridge to the personal dreams of this or that preacher. ".

He added, "There are two paths before us, either completely rejecting and denying these leaks, or acquiescing in their authenticity and their occurrence in reality.

And Al-Alaq indicated, "On the first path, which is to reject and completely deny the leaks, what is required is to form a high-level committee that will be respected and accepted by others."

He explained that the committee's work "is to prove the invalidity of these leaks in a scientific, technical and technical way, using the highest expertise in this field, to convince others of their invalidity and open the door for a constructive dialogue to confront conspiracies targeting the Shiite reality in particular and Iraq in general."

He stressed, "Maintaining national unity and the unity of the Shiite house, putting forward a major strategic project for building Iraq, deepening trust among its people, laying the foundations and constants for relations between entities and components, and setting controls to hold accountable the negligent and those working to confuse the arena and spread chaos in it, and consider the interest of Iraq, the people and religion above all special considerations." ".

Al-Alaq continued, "The committee is working to bridge the rift by seeking to find rapprochement and reconciliation between the opposing parties, keeping the invitation away from personal mistakes and reassuring others that the invitation transcends targeting others and is above harming any of them. all."

And he added, "If the committee was unable to prove the invalidity of these leaks and the matter turned to the second way, which is to submit to the validity and realism of the leaks, in this case an urgent corrective pause must be taken to establish the call that all preachers and those who oppose them in particular, first of all issue, by issuing a statement rejecting these statements and declaring that they are not Adopting the call for it, and that it does not represent its policy at all, and that it is the responsibility of the people who authorize it only and who bear its judicial responsibility.”

Al-Alaq concluded by saying, "The second matter is the holding of an urgent extraordinary conference for the call, in which the amendment of the internal system is proposed, the clause of the Secretary-General of the party is canceled and the responsibility is transferred to the collective leadership only, and the participation of all preachers in electing the new leadership and a new shura for the party, and the presentation of the call's vision of the sober relationship with the blessed supreme reference represented by the supreme reference. Al-Sistani, firmly sticking to its approach and instructions and guided by the wise Islamic approach of the two martyrs, the two references, the martyr Muhammad Baqir al-Sadr and the martyr Muhammad Sadiq al-Sadr, and rebuilding strong relations with all parties to the arena, especially the Shiite ones, and dealing on the basis of high flexibility and selflessness to achieve the higher interests of the Iraqi people.

In turn, the media office of the Islamic Dawa Party responded, in a statement received to Shafaq News Agency, in which he said, "Some social media circulated a statement issued by Mr. Ali Al-Alaq, who has nothing to do with the Islamic Dawa Party, and his words do not represent the party's position. He talks about his personal view on the The recent fabricated media leaks, so it needs to be noted.”

Shafaq News/ On Thursday, a number of Iraqi tribal sheikhs took the initiative to heal the rift and reunion between the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, and the leader of the State of Law coalition, Nuri al-Maliki, after the incident of leaked audio recordings attributed to the latter.

The representative of the State of Law coalition, Muhammad Al-Sayoud, said during a press conference held in Baghdad, which was attended by Shafak News Agency, that "the initiative of the tribal elders included affirming concerted efforts and unity of the national ranks, rejecting differences and not excluding or marginalizing any party, in addition to burying the strife that seeks agendas." internal and external to ignite.

He added that "Al-Maliki welcomed this initiative, and expressed his willingness to open a new page of relations with Al-Sadr, based on Iraq's unity and its common interests, and stressed the need for positive fraternal cooperation and thawing of ice, and paying attention to the people who aspire to a secure and stable life."

He pointed out that "the tribal sheikhs are communicating with al-Sadr, to set a date for transferring the contents of the initiative to express his position on it," noting that "the tribal sheikhs, their masters and dignitaries have full confidence in the two parties and their intentions to build a free and prosperous Iraq."

Last Monday, the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, demanded the leader of the State of Law coalition, Nuri al-Maliki, to quit the political process and surrender himself, following the leaked audio recordings attributed to the latter.

Al-Sadr called, in a tweet he posted on his Twitter account, to "extinguish the strife through a joint denunciation by the leaders of the blocs allied with him on the one hand, and by the elders of his clan on the other."

And he added, "And that the denunciation is not limited to accusing me of collaborating with Israel or accusing me of killing Iraqis, but more importantly, it's attacking the Iraqi security forces and accusing the popular crowd of cowardice and inciting sedition and fighting (Shiite - Shiite)."

Recorded audio leaks, transmitted by social networking sites, were said to be from Al-Maliki, which show an unprecedented attack by the latter against Al-Sadr and leaders in the Popular Mobilization, as well as an attack on parties and political forces, the army, the police and a number of countries.

Al-Maliki denied, in a tweet on Twitter, published last Sunday, the leaked audio recordings, saying: All counterfeiting and fabrications will not affect my relationship with building our armed forces and the Popular Mobilization, as they are both the protectors of the homeland and the safety valve of the political process.

Baghdad / National News Center

Today, Friday, the leader of the Sadrist movement, Ahmed Al-Mutairi, revealed the most important reasons for the emergence of audio leaks attributed to the leader of the State of Law coalition, Nuri al-Maliki.

Al-Mutairi said, in a statement received by the National News Center, that “the leaks attributed to Mr. Al-Maliki are intended for several things, which are to sow discord among the followers of the same sect, especially since the followers of al-Sadr are many and widespread, but the wisdom of the leader Muqtada al-Sadr prevented discord, (And God suffices the believers and the fighting.” God is mighty, mighty).

He added that "to highlight the personality of the speaker while he is accusing everyone of false and false accusations so that he is your supreme Lord and the only savior among the men of this country, especially the Shiites among them," noting that "his mention of the conspiracy and his living this lie, especially as he will ally with those who accused them of conspiracy and Israeli-Gulf agent - as he claims -, It became clear to everyone his quest for power, even at the expense of values and principles.”

He pointed out that "the leaks highlight the speaker's tribal mentality and how he seeks refuge with his tribe and wants to plunge them into a Shiite-Shiite fight, and he is not afraid of the sanctity of Iraqi blood, which was the reason for his shedding more than once and in more than one province, as mentioned previously and later."

And he indicated that "his disdain for the religious authority knowing that it rejects him by saying (the tempted is not tempted), whether with his person or with his idea and system," pointing out that "if it is true that he said that these leaks were fabricated against him - and this is a remote possibility - we have heard such words from him over and over again and that this The talk is circulating among most of the opponents now to form the government from the framework, so how can they fabricate what is adopted by him and by them?

He continued, "The leak shows the extent of the speaker's relationship with the neighboring countries to ask them for cover, money, and weapons, and the truthfulness of God Almighty's saying in it: (Whenever they kindled a fire for war, God puts it out, and they strive on earth to forgive corruption and blasphemy."

Al-Mutairi stressed, “The bottom line is that this leak was intended to destroy the country and kill the people. The government, the respected judiciary and the security authorities must find out from this, and if it is a lie and fabrication, it must bring the perpetrators to justice, and if it is true and honest - and this is expected - it must bring the speaker to justice “.

Al-Maliki and Al-Sadr at a joint press conference in 2006 Al-Sadr responded to the leaks, calling on al-Maliki to declare seclusion and quit political work

A prominent close to the leader of the Sadrist movement Muqtada al-Sadr warned, on Friday, that the Iraqi judiciary is "at stake", calling for "the application of the law", against the background of recent audio leaks attributed to the leader of the State of Law coalition, Nuri al-Maliki.

Saleh Muhammad al-Iraqi, who is close to the leader of the Sadrist movement and is known as "Minister al-Sadr", said on his Facebook page that "some have deliberately questioned the recent leaks, the validity of which was testified by some experts... which are also among the most obvious."

Al-Iraqi added that "the leak includes transgression against the reference, insults to the Iraqi people, abuse of the security forces and assault on the Popular Mobilization .. and dealing with the outside without legal cover."

He pointed out that the audio leak also included "incitement to murder, a sectarian and ethnic tone... and a confession of orders to kill Iraqis."

Al-Iraqi asked, "Where is the law from that?!! .. And where is the chief judicial authority from that!!!???", adding, "Are these reckless statements more important, or the blocking third of parliament sessions?!"

And he, who is close to al-Sadr, said, "Elimination is at stake...either justice and the application of the law...or taking sides and covering up for the outlaws!"

On Tuesday, the Iraqi judiciary announced the opening of an investigation into audio leaks attributed to Al-Maliki, which inflamed tension between him and the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada Al-Sadr, to further complicate the tense political scene since the early legislative elections.

The Supreme Judicial Council said in a statement that an investigative court "received a request submitted to the Public Prosecution to take legal measures regarding the audio leaks attributed to Mr. Nuri al-Maliki, and a fundamental investigation is currently underway in this regard in accordance with the law."

An Iraqi journalist published on his Twitter account six leaked recordings in which the speaker, who was presented as al-Maliki, attacks Shiite forces, especially the Sadrist movement and its leader Muqtada al-Sadr, with whom he has had tense relations for years.

On Thursday, the full recording was circulated and its duration is about 48 minutes.

The voice in the recording talks about the possibility of internal fighting between Shiite forces, describing al-Sadr as "wanting blood" and "money". The PMF also attacks al-Maliki's allies in the coordination framework, saying that "it is in the hands of Iran."

While al-Maliki denied that those recordings belonged to him, stressing that they were "fabricated", but they produced tensions that would make it more difficult to form a new government for the country.

The Dawa party, to which al-Maliki belongs, said in a statement on Monday, "We will not be dragged into blind strife between the sons of the same nation."

The leader of the Sadrist movement responded to these leaks, calling on al-Maliki to "declare seclusion and retire from political action." He called for "extinguishing the strife through a joint denunciation by the leaders of the blocs allied with him on the one hand, and by the elders of his clan on the other." Speaking about al-Maliki, he added, "He has no right, after these destructive ideas, to lead Iraq."

This tension comes in the context of an ongoing dispute between the Sadrist movement and the coordination framework in which al-Maliki is the most prominent member, since the results of the early parliamentary elections were announced nine months ago. The two sides were unable to agree on a formula to get the country out of the political impasse and form a government.

Al-Sadr decided last June to withdraw his 73 deputies from parliament, in a move that was considered to be aimed at increasing pressure on his political opponents. With the withdrawal of the Sadrist bloc's deputies, the coordination framework has the largest number of seats, but so far the framework has also not been able to agree on the name of its candidate for prime minister.

Shafaq News/ Saleh Muhammad al-Iraqi, known as Minister of al-Sadr, responded on Friday to initiatives launched by dignitaries and tribal sheikhs for reconciliation with the head of the State of Law coalition, Nuri al-Maliki.

And the Minister of Sadr said in a tweet, commenting on audio leaks that were said to belong to Al-Maliki, which was seen by Shafak News Agency, "Where is the law from the leaks and where is the judiciary from that?! And where is the chief judicial authority from that!!!??? Are these reckless statements more important, or the blocking third of sessions? Parliament?! The Chief of the Judiciary: Like this, and whoever accepts his statements from those who agree with him are qualified to take over the reins of government!!??? Is this qualified to defend the sect, which is the one who mobilizes the militias to attack Najaf Al-Ashraf??!!

And he continued, "In my personal opinion: Elimination is at stake.. Either justice and the application of the law...or taking sides and covering up the outlaws! I also address my words to the brothers in (the Dawa Party)! Who do you claim to connect with? Then I direct it to (who wants us to refrain from leaks). Do you want our leader to refrain from transgressing the authority?! Or on blood*?!.. Or on cursing the people!??.. Or insinuating against the ** Tightening?!.. Or do you want him to drop his accusation of working with (to Israel), which is tantamount to (wasting d•••m)!!!??..or what?! To reconcile with the client and the people who fought the people??! Or do you want our leader to reconcile with someone who insults the people and attacks the security forces and the crowd?!!! ????".
