"Elimination is at stake, either justice and law enforcement, or bias and cover-up for outlaws!"

Erbil (Kurdistan 24) - A close friend of the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, said today, Friday, that reconciliation with the head of the State of Law coalition, Nuri al-Maliki, is impossible, especially after the recent leaks.

"Some resorted to questioning the existence of corruption, which is one of the most obvious ones, and some resorted to questioning the recent Turkish bombardment of Iraqi lands, which claimed the lives of children and civilians, and it is also one of the most obvious," said the Minister of Leader's Facebook page.

The "minister of the leader", also known as "Saleh Muhammad al-Iraqi", is seen as the mouthpiece of al-Sadr, and added, "Others deliberately questioned the recent leaks, the validity of which was testified by some experts, which are also among the most obvious."

The Minister of the Leader was referring to the recent leaks attributed to al-Maliki, noting that they include “violating the authority, insulting the Iraqi people, insulting the security forces, attacking the crowd, provoking sedition, and accusations of national leaders without evidence, dealing with the outside without legal cover.”

He said that al-Maliki also called for "the formation of factions, the purchase of heavy weapons, incitement to murder, treason, manipulation of people's emotions, arrogance, arrogance, monopolization of power, sectarian and ethnic tone, transgression against the law, an attempt to destabilize the security of Najaf, lying, bloody, monitoring and insistence on crime."

Minister al-Sadr accused al-Maliki of “using power for the spoils of a criminal character and naivety so that people believe worthless people and clear subordination on the one hand and hypocrisy on the other, empowering impudent militias, supporting unknown militias and acknowledging orders to kill Iraqis under the name of law and in cold blood in Basra and Holy Karbala, and calling for sanity.” with cheese."

He asked, "Where is the law from that? And where is the judiciary from that? And where is the chief judicial authority in that? Are these reckless statements more important, or the blocking third of parliament sessions?"

He went on to ask, "Via the chief of the judiciary: I represent (Al-Maliki), and whoever accepts his statements from those who agree with him are qualified to take over the reins of government? Is this qualified to defend the sect... and he is accusing Jafari's Shiite leader and movement!? Is this qualified to defend the sect and he who mobilizes the militias To attack Najaf?

He said, "Is such a qualified person qualified to preserve the reputation of Shi'ism while he arrogantly transgresses the supreme authority in Najaf?? Is this qualified to lead (a homeland) and he is the one who makes defending him and his seat in defense of the homeland? Is he making accusations against the Sunnis, the Kurds and their leaders?"

Al-Sadr's minister said, "Elimination is at stake. Either justice and law enforcement, or taking sides and covering up for outlaws!"

He addressed those calling for reconciliation between al-Sadr and al-Maliki, by saying, "Do you want our leader to refrain from transgressing the authority?! Or blood?!? Or insulting the people!?? Or slander against the crowd?! Or do you want him to stop accusing him of collaborating (to Israel)?" It is a waste of blood? Do you want him to reconcile with the client and fight the people??!

Al-Maliki had repeatedly said that the audio leaks attributed to him were "fabricated". Recently, the judicial authorities said they were investigating her authenticity.

Yep, line drawn in the sand now. Either justice be served or the outlaws win out. In the the case of the latter...there will be blood.

Then again, either of which, there will be blood.

Criminals Maintaining control or a government for the people. Iraq is at the Cross Roads...the " pot " continues to boil.

Dawa Party Shura meeting: intelligence and 'enemy' countries are behind al-Maliki's leaks

Baghdad - people

On Friday, the Shura Council of the Islamic Dawa Party suspended the leaked audio leaks attributed to the leader of the State of Law coalition, Nuri al-Maliki.

The Council said during its periodic meeting in a statement received by “People” a copy of it, (July 23, 2022), that “the goal behind the fabricated recordings is to be preoccupied with side battles, and it seems that there are intelligence agencies and countries that want Iraq to pay a tax whose legislation is a law criminalizing normalization.”

He added, "There is no doubt that these fabricated recordings are greater than the capabilities of one person. Rather, countries and hostile parties stand behind them. It is certain that there are recordings prepared like this for many leaders, and that the beneficiary party will turn to employing them according to their interests, serving their agendas, and blackmailing whomever they want."

And he continued, "The Shura Council highly appreciated the responsible positions that many Islamic and national leaders displayed, and their performance rose to a high level in the speed of cordoning off unjust slanders, showing concern for unity, and not being drawn into side conflicts."

The Supreme Judicial Council announced, earlier, the opening of an investigation into the leaks attributed to the head of the State of Law coalition, Nuri al-Maliki.

And the Media Center of the Supreme Judicial Council stated in a statement that “Nass” received a copy of it, (July 19, 2022), that “the Karkh Investigation Court received a request submitted to the Public Prosecution to take legal measures regarding the audio leaks attributed to Nuri al-Maliki, and a fundamental investigation is currently underway regarding it in accordance with the law.” .

The leader of the Dawa Party, Amer al-Kafishi, commented, earlier, on the audio leaks attributed to the head of the State of Law coalition, Nuri al-Maliki, stressing that al-Maliki is a son of clans and he is not in a position to speak about these particularities in front of others.

Al-Kafishi said in an interview with colleague "Batoul al-Hassan", followed by "Nas" (July 19, 2022), that "it is not for al-Maliki to speak about these matters and privacy in front of others or to offend personalities."

Al-Kafishi added, "In one of the sessions, I was present with Al-Maliki and one of the brothers criticized one of the personalities, and by God, I heard Al-Maliki said to him, 'Oh my brother, do not talk about this hadith. ".

Regarding the reality of the leaked recordings attributed to Al-Maliki, whether they were real or fabricated, Al-Kafishi said: “Al-Maliki is a son of clans and among the characteristics of the sons of the clans, they do not talk about others, because they have this shameful thing,” explaining, “I am sitting with clansmen who do not talk about others; Because this is an insult to his personality as a member of a clan."

Al-Kafishi continued, "Sometimes, a political opinion is presented without insulting others, and this is a normal political opinion without insulting," wondering: "Who has fabricated and leaked these matters? A well-known man is an agent of the Americans," Al-Kafishi said.

The Islamic Dawa Party responded, earlier, to the recent statement of the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, in which he addressed the issue of audio leaks attributed to the head of the State of Law coalition, Nuri al-Maliki.

The party said in a statement received by "Nass" a copy of it (July 18, 2022): "We are the party of the martyrs, the fathers of the martyrs, the sons of the martyrs, and the followers of the happy martyr Muhammad Baqir al-Sadr (may his honorable secret be sanctified) we have told our proud Iraqi Muslim people since we were in the opposition and in the fencing arenas with Al-Afalqa Al-Arajas."

He added, "The marshes of Iraq, its mountains, and its valleys witnessed us, and the blood of our righteous martyrs stained the cells of the End Palace, Abu Ghraib, its garrisons, and its single prisons. He worked throughout our movement and our advocacy and political action, and this is consistent and recorded in the literature of the blessed da’wah, as we have told our people in the areas of political confrontation since the political process began in Iraq after the fall of the idol.

He continued, "We were and still maintain the constants of religion and the homeland, and we worked politically comfortably with all partners, which lead us to serve our country and advance our Islamic project, whose foundations laid by our first martyr, al-Sadr (may God be pleased with him) and the righteous kinetic scholars, so we and our brothers in the political process preserved national unity and restored Iraq's sovereignty by expelling the occupier." And we are still maintaining the situation of the operation from collapsing in the face of the actions of the international and regional enemies and greedy people.

He pointed out that "with the indications of the formation of the government, we see that there are those who are fanning the fire of sedition among us, the sons of Sadrists, whom we expressed when we entered Iraq with symbol and identity, and we worked politically with all our Islamic brothers and others, and we did not monopolize authority, but the response was according to the data and contexts approved by the constitution."

The party said, "We have not entered into a partisan conflict with any party, and we have not been drawn into side conflicts that distance us from our Islamic and national goals. We see these days signs of sedition pouring oil on the fire by the stalkers and stalkers in our people's circles, and by secret services at home and abroad who aspire to transform Iraq has become the epicenter of a conflict through electronic leakage and espionage, which has been subjected to counterfeiting and forgery, and this has been made clear to our people.”

He continued, "We will not be drawn into blind strife between the sons of the one nation, as well as the missionary line represented by the two martyrs al-Sadr (may their secret sanctify), and we call on our people and their political forces to beware of falling into a conflict that only serves the enemies of Islam and the homeland."

The leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, earlier sent a strongly worded message to the Dawa Party and the allied forces within the "coordinating framework" after the recent audio leaks attributed to the head of the State of Law coalition, Nuri al-Maliki, and while asking al-Maliki to surrender himself to the judicial authorities, he said: Al-Maliki's "destructive thoughts" could spread havoc and destruction upon Iraq and its people.

Al-Sadr stated in a blog post followed by "Nass" (July 18, 2022), "It is surprising that the threat comes from (the Dawa Party) affiliated with the al-Sadr family, its chief al-Maliki, and from a Shiite party claiming its demand for the strength of the sect."

Al-Sadr added, "From here, I call for extinguishing the strife through a joint denunciation by the leaders of the forces allied with him on the one hand, and by the elders of his clan on the other."

Al-Sadr continued, "The denunciation is not limited to accusing me of collaborating with Israel or accusing me of killing Iraqis, even though I injected all the blood of Iraqis, including al-Maliki, in a previous clash in which he was the one who ordered and banned," adding, "Yes, not only that, but more importantly than that." It is his attack on the Iraqi security forces and accusing the popular crowd of cowardice and its incitement to sedition and Shiite-Shiite fighting, and it was said that in subsequent leaks it will transgress even the references, and God knows best.”

And the leader of the Sadrist movement went on to say: "I absolve before God and the people of any aggression against him and of any use of violence against him. It is possible that a third party will intervene to stoke strife, and I am innocent of it until the Day of Judgment."

Al-Sadr called on al-Maliki to "declare seclusion and retire from political work and resort to seeking forgiveness or surrendering himself and those who seek refuge from the corrupt to the judicial authorities, perhaps it would be a form of repentance for him before God and the Iraqi people."

Al-Sadr addressed al-Maliki by saying, "You have no right, after these destructive ideas, to lead Iraq in any way. Rather, that is ruin and destruction for Iraq and its people."

'We are surprised at the delay in issuing an arrest warrant'

Al-Amiri on “Al-Maliki’s Leaks”: The law will be held accountable..We are waiting for the court’s ruling

Al-Amiri on “Al-Maliki’s Leaks”: The law will be held accountable..We are waiting for the court’s ruling

Baghdad - people

The representative of the resigned Sadrist bloc, Ghayeb al-Amiri, considered the audio leaks attributed to the leader of the State of Law coalition, Nuri al-Maliki, "a crime for which the law will be held," while expressing his surprise at "the delay in issuing the arrest warrant until now."

Al-Amiri said in his blog post, followed by "Nass" (July 24, 2022): "Article 195 stipulates penalties: Whoever aims to provoke civil war or sectarian strife by arming citizens, or forcing them to arm one another against each other, or inciting fighting, shall be punished with life imprisonment."

He explained, "The penalty is the death penalty if what the perpetrator intended (classifying this crime as a felony) is achieved. The penalty for life imprisonment is if one of the following cases is achieved:

If it aims to provoke a civil war by arming the citizens, or forcing them to arm themselves, or inciting fighting.

If it aims to provoke sectarian strife by arming the citizens, or forcing them to arm one another against each other, or urging them to fight.”

Noting, "The penalty for it is the death penalty if the perpetrator's goal is achieved, and therefore the crime exists merely by declaring and calling for fighting and arming citizens against each other."

Al-Amiri added, "What al-Maliki mentioned in the leaks is sufficient to carry out criminal responsibility in accordance with Article 195 of the penalty," noting that "we do not want more than achieving justice and applying the law against those who aimed to provoke a civil war and fighting between the people of the same country and arming people to kill each other."

Al-Amiri added that "what the aforementioned said combines all the provisions of the punitive article above, and we are surprised at the delay in issuing an arrest warrant against him so far for a crime that carries a sentence of life imprisonment and death."

Bousmin concluded: "We are waiting for the judgment of the court," and "the end is at stake."

On Friday, Saleh Muhammad al-Iraqi, known as "Minister of al-Sadr," published a clarification about the recent leaks attributed to the leader of the State of Law coalition, Nuri al-Maliki, stressing the impossibility of reconciliation with a "corrupt client," as he put it.

In a post followed by "Nass" (July 22, 2022), Saleh asked, "Where is the law in that?!!, and where is the judiciary in that?! And where is the chief judicial authority in that!!!???", saying: "Are these reckless statements? More important, or the blocking third of parliament sessions?!”

And he added: "O, the chief of the judiciary: like this, and whoever is satisfied with his statements from those who agree with him is qualified to take the reins of the ruling!!???".

Here is the text of the post:

clarification of the obvious

Some people have always denied some of the obvious ones (such as the sun at the fourth of the day).

The obvious cannot be explained at all.

It is also not easily denied, especially since it is proven and evident

But some were quick to question the essence of the obvious in order for some naive people to believe their interpretations or justifications.

This is what is happening in our beloved Iraq.

Some have resorted to questioning the existence of corruption, which is one of the clearest manifestations

Some resorted to questioning the recent Turkish bombing of Iraqi lands, which claimed the lives of children and civilians.

Others have deliberately cast doubt on the recent leaks, which some experts have testified to. They are also among the most obvious ones.

And had it been other than this speaker whose words and statements were leaked, they would have established the world and would not sit in it as they say.

The leak includes: assaulting the reference, insulting the Iraqi people, insulting the security forces, assaulting the crowd, stirring up sedition, accusations of national leaders without evidence, dealing with the outside without legal cover, forming factions, buying heavy weapons, incitement to murder, treason, manipulating emotions. The people are arrogant and arrogant, monopolizing power, sectarian tone, ethnic tone, transgressing the law, attempting to destabilize the security of Najaf al-Ashraf, lying, bloody, deception, insistence on crime, using power for the spoils of a criminal personality, naivety to believe people who are of no value. Clear dependency on the one hand, hypocrisy on the other, empowering insolent militias, supporting unknown militias, acknowledgment of orders to kill Iraqis under the name of law and in cold blood in Basra and Holy Karbala, calling prudence cowardice, and wow.

Where is the law in that?!!

And where is the judiciary in that?!

And where is the chief judicial authority in that!!!???

Are these reckless statements more important, or the blocking third of parliament sessions?!

O Chief of the Judiciary: Such is the case, and those who agree with his statements are qualified to take over the reins of government!!???

Is this qualified to defend the sect.. He is accusing a Shiite leader and current Jaafari!!??

Is this qualified to defend the sect, which is the one who mobilizes the militias to attack Najaf Al-Ashraf??!!

Is such a person qualified to preserve the reputation of *Shi`ism while arrogantly transgressing the supreme authority in Najaf??!!!

Is this qualified to lead (a homeland) and he is the one who makes defending him and his seat in defense of the homeland!!!?

Is this qualified for the love of the homeland and its rule, and he is the one who keeps accusing the Sunnis, the Kurds and their leaders!!??

Where do you want to go in Iraq and its people?!! Is not humiliation, authoritarianism, injustice, dependency and bloodshed sufficient for you?!!!!!!

In my personal opinion: Elimination is at stake.. Either justice and the application of the law.. or taking sides and covering up for outlaws!

I also address my words to the brothers in the (Dawa Party)! Is this how you deal with the people, with the reference, with sects and races, and with (Al-Sadr family) whom you claim to connect with?!

Then I direct it to (Who wants us to rise above the leaks). Do you want our leader to rise above transgressing the authority?! Or on blood?!.. Or on cursing the people!?.. Or slander against the crowd?!.. Or do you want him to refrain from accusing him of working with (La*Rael), which is tantamount to (wasting d•••m)!!! ??.. Or what?!

And who do you want reconciliation with the owner of the leaks.. do you want him to reconcile with the client and the people who fought the people??!

Or do you want our leader to reconcile with those who insult the people and assault the security forces and the crowd?!!!

What is this thinking of you, O leaders of *Shi’ism and the nation!!!?????

Al-Maliki insists that the recordings attributed to him are not true (Getty)

Although several days have passed since the Iraqi judiciary announced the opening of an investigation into the issue of the audio leaks of former Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki , after several complaints submitted by citizens and lawyers to the judiciary, judicial and other political sources confirmed to Al-Araby Al-Jadeed that the judiciary has not yet formed a technical investigation team. Examining the recordings or preparing the preliminary indictment resulting from those leaks.

Last Tuesday, the Supreme Judicial Council (the highest judicial authority in the country) announced the opening of an investigation into the leaked audio recordings attributed to al-Maliki, stressing in a statement that "the Karkh Investigation Court (in Baghdad) received a request submitted to the Public Prosecution to take legal measures regarding the audio leaks. Attributed to Nuri al-Maliki.

He explained that "the investigation regarding the leaks is being conducted in accordance with the law," noting that he did not order the summons of al-Maliki, or a decision to ban him from traveling, as stipulated in the regulations of Law 111 of 1969 adopted by the complainants against al-Maliki, which activists find surprising and consider it sufficient to consider that the judicial investigation will not be The result.

Al-Maliki continues to insist that the recordings attributed to him are not true, despite the issuance of a technical report by a specialized Iraqi organization that confirmed its authenticity and that it was not subject to any manipulation.

Al-Maliki appeared after the scandal of leaks, which has come to be called "WikiLeaks Al-Maliki" twice; One of them was in a meeting of political forces to discuss the repercussions of the bombing on the city of Dohuk, and the second was in a meeting with a satellite channel he owned in Baghdad, in which he said, “This is not the first time that fabrication and falsification of embedded images and sounds have taken place, and it was revealed, but after the development it became difficult to distinguish between The true and the false, and the operation has become dangerous and an opportunity for strife between the sons of the same class and the same nation.

He added, "This process will be long and they will go towards provoking sedition, with old internal and external political parties standing behind it, and their political calculations and timing came to stir up sedition coinciding with attempts to form a new government, and with regard to the demand to surrender myself, there are many personalities in the arena accused of direct accusations, so let them surrender themselves first." ".

More than one source in the Supreme Judicial Council confirmed to Al-Araby Al-Jadeed that, so far, technical experts have not been assigned to examine the leaks and submit a report. One of them said that "the judiciary also did not summon any of the names mentioned in the recording, and the Public Prosecution did not make any contacts to set a hearing for the case."

Yesterday, Saturday, a new document showed a member of the Sadrist movement, Maha al-Douri, who filed a new complaint against al-Maliki on charges of seeking to ignite a civil war based on the leaks of the last meeting of al-Maliki.

For his part, the resigned MP from the "Sadr bloc" Ghaib al-Amiri expressed his surprise at the delay of the judiciary in issuing an arrest warrant against al-Maliki against the background of the leaked recordings of him.

Al-Amiri said, in a statement issued by his office today, Sunday, that "Article 195 of the Penal Code stipulates that whoever aims to provoke a civil war or sectarian fighting by arming citizens, or forcing them to arm each other against each other or inciting fighting, shall be punished with life imprisonment. Execution if the perpetrator's goal is achieved.

He added that "classifying this crime as a felony, punishable by life imprisonment, if it aims to provoke a civil war by arming citizens or inducing them to arm themselves or inciting fighting, or it aims to provoke sectarian strife by arming citizens or forcing them to arm each other against each other or incitement to fighting."

Al-Amiri explained that “the penalty for a felony is the death penalty if what the perpetrator intended was achieved, and therefore the crime exists merely by declaring and calling for fighting and arming citizens against each other,” pointing out that “what Al-Maliki mentioned in the leaks is sufficient for the advancement of criminal responsibility in accordance with Article 195 penalties, and we do not want More than justice and law enforcement.

The leader of the "Sadr movement" Muqtada al-Sadr had recently asked al-Maliki to surrender himself and those who sought refuge from the corrupt to the judicial authorities. His incitement to (Shiite-Shiite) strife and strife.

For his part, a member of the Awareness Movement, Suhail Hatif, indicated that “the audio leaks of al-Maliki were confirmed by Iraqi technicians that they are real, and that al-Maliki spoke about corruption within the Popular Mobilization Authority, and British projects led by the leader of the Sadrist movement Muqtada al-Sadr, in addition to his quest to arm 20,000 fighters. Of the tribesmen in the cities of southern Iraq, and therefore it is the duty of the judiciary to open investigations, and not a single investigation with all these comments.”

He explained to "Al-Araby Al-Jadeed" that "the judiciary's failure to announce any results related to the investigation that was announced, suggests that the judiciary is also complicit against the Iraqis in favor of al-Maliki and the Shiite parties."

For his part, Iraqi lawyer Ahmed Abdul Razzaq confirmed that “the Karkh Court, which announced the opening of the investigation, is required to issue a summons and not to arrest Nuri al-Maliki, and to interrogate him regarding the investigations. He made it in the recording,” adding, in a telephone conversation with Al-Araby Al-Jadeed, that “Al-Maliki challenged the judiciary in his recent televised appearance, and the judiciary must be far from political influences.”

And the Iraqi journalist Ali Fadel had finished publishing all the leaks of former Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki last Friday, by publishing the full 48-minute minutes of the leaked meeting, with a number of leaders and members of a militia calling itself the "Al-Baqi' Brigade", and it is active in the border province of Diyala with Iran in eastern Iraq.

During the dialogue, which took place between al-Maliki and the attendees, they assured him that they had more than 20,000 fighters on the ground, and they asked him for financial and logistical support and legal cover, and al-Maliki promised them to provide that.

Al-Maliki also appeared in many paragraphs of the leaks, attacking leaders in the "Popular Mobilization" and prominent politicians, in addition to criticizing the religious authority in Najaf, Ali al-Sistani, as "silent."

The audio leaks are 100% real. Even if they are not true, this does not exonerate al-Maliki's crimes in international terrorism and intelligence with another country to strike Iraq and its people through mercenary militias, looting billions and igniting sectarian wars, poverty, unemployment and false promises.

Malaki allowed Mosul to be overrun with the Islamic state when he ordered his troops to turn back and run. It blows my mind to see that he is still around being a head of a political party. Not to mention all his bribing and stealing from his country that has laid Iraq and its people in ruins for decades.  All it takes is one bullet to his cranium and it will solve all of this.

The Iraqi judiciary addresses the Ministry of the Interior regarding “Al-Maliki’s leaks”

Baghdad - people

The Karkh Investigation Court confirmed, on Monday, that it had filed a complaint against the leader of the State of Law coalition, Nuri al-Maliki, against the background of the audio leaks, while indicating that it had approached the Ministry of Interior to provide it with the circulating recordings.

The first judge of the Karkh Investigation Court said to the official agency and followed by “Nas” (July 25, 2022): that “a complaint was filed against the leader of the State of Law coalition, Nuri Kamel al-Maliki, regarding the audio leaks,” noting that “several complaints were submitted by a number of citizens about it.

He added, "The court wrote down the complainants' statements and decided to approach the Ministry of the Interior / Directorate of Technology and Informatics / Cybercrime Department in order to provide us with the published recordings from the website that leaked the recordings, but the answer was not received, and the procedures are still continuing."

He pointed out that "the court decided to record the statements of the owner of the website that leaked the audio recording, and is waiting to know his exact address to inform him of this."

Al-Kafishi continued, "Sometimes he puts forward a political opinion without insulting others, and this is a normal political opinion without insulting," wondering: "Who has fabricated and leaked these matters?

Shafaq News/ One of the "resigned" representatives of the Sadrist movement from Parliament saw on Tuesday that it is the duty of the judiciary to collect evidence and not discuss it, stressing that his movement is following the "case of leaks" until the perpetrator is brought to justice, in reference to the audio leaks of former Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki.

Ghaleb Al-Amiri said, on his official Facebook page, "Nearly 20 days have passed and the Karkh Investigation Court has not issued any decision in the case of the leaks, although it is a case in which there is a public right, threatening civil peace by forcing citizens to fight among themselves."

He added that "the duty of the investigative judge is to collect evidence, not to discuss it," stressing that "one of the ABCs of evidence collection is to record the statements of the accused?!!!".

He asked, "When will this happen, and the Penal Procedures and Penalties Law will apply to this big case, just like the citizens who are accused of the simplest things?!!!"

Al-Amiri stressed, "We are following up on the issue of leaks until the perpetrator is brought to justice," and concluded his speech by saying, "Reforming the judiciary is the basis for building a just state."

Earlier today, an account close to the Sadrist movement called itself the "Ashura Revolution", called the sit-in in the Green Zone to seize the land.

Recorded audio leaks, transmitted by social networking sites, were said to be by Al-Maliki, which show an unprecedented attack by the latter against Al-Sadr and leaders in the Popular Mobilization, as well as an attack on parties and political forces, the army, the police and a number of countries.

Al-Maliki denied the leaked audio recordings, saying: All forgeries and fabrications will not affect my relationship with building our armed forces and the Popular Mobilization, as they are both the protectors of the homeland and the safety valve of the political process.

The Media Center of the Supreme Judicial Council said, in a statement issued on the matter, that the Karkh Investigation Court had received a request submitted to the Public Prosecution to take legal measures regarding the audio leaks attributed to Nuri al-Maliki, and the center added that "the fundamental investigation regarding the leaks is taking place in accordance with the law.

Al-Sudani and his alternative, Ibn Bahr Al-Ulum. Iranians are determined to take over the prime ministership. Therefore, the people must reject all the generalists, masters, religious references, and all those who follow them, a categorical rejection of the process of leading Iraq or managing Iraq’s affairs with all their names, because in the end, they are Khamenei’s fortified agenda to humiliate Iraq and make its land, people, and bounties a back garden for Bani Fars. Shafaq News/ An informed judicial source revealed, on Tuesday, new details regarding the investigation opened by the Supreme Judicial Council, regarding the audio leaks of the leader of the State of Law coalition, Nuri al-Maliki.

The source told Shafak News Agency, "The investigations are still ongoing in accordance with legal and fundamental procedures, and this file has not been closed."

And he indicated that "there are many specialized bodies participating in this investigation to reach the facts, and there is no pressure on the judicial authorities to close this file. Rather, there is a legal process that the investigation authorities are going through to announce the results in the near future."

On the nineteenth of last June, the Supreme Judicial Council announced that the Karkh Investigation Court (in Baghdad) had received a request submitted to the Public Prosecution to take legal measures regarding the audio leaks.

In his speech, according to the recordings published by journalist blogger Ali Fadel, Al-Maliki touched on topics related to Sunni Arabs that were considered sectarian, in addition to describing the "popular mobilization" as "a nation of cowards", while talking about arming clans and groups estimated at 20,000 fighters on the ground, asking him for support. Financially, logistically and legally, and he promised to provide this, in order to protect him from the leader of the Sadrist movement Muqtada al-Sadr, who wants to "slaughter everyone," according to Al-Maliki.

The former prime minister also spoke about "financial and administrative corruption" in the PMF, and about the fact that the "Badr" organization, led by Hadi al-Amiri, receives financial salaries for about 40,000 people, while it does not have that number on the ground.

After these recordings, the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, asked al-Maliki to surrender himself and those who sought refuge from the corrupt to the judicial authorities.

The "Technology for Peace" team, the most famous Iraqi technical team, had confirmed the authenticity of the recordings attributed to al-Maliki, and said that they were "not fabricated", noting in a report published earlier, that "despite the repeated denials of the owners of those recordings, and his claim I fabricated it by quoting and fitting excerpts from his voice to appear in this way, but the observations we made about the audio clip prove otherwise.

Maliki will no doubt ( continue ) to make the case, are you going to believe your lying ears or ME !

It would appear the evidence against him is legit. Since he's got some of the deepest pockets on the planet, coupled with an extremely well organized intimidation program, highly likely he'll buy everyone off... verdict: nothing to see here, move along.

This will outrage the civilians and let the fireworks 🎆 begin.

We'd like to think his days are numbered ( yes, but how many ?), People like him are tenacious and will not go away easily.
