ronscarpa
Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq... RON *** Mnt Goat Article: "IRAQ: CENTRAL BANK RESERVES EXCEED THE CEILING OF 87 BILLION DOLLARS" Yes, 87 billion reserves already and it just the end of September. They will reach way over 90 billion as projected by the end of the year and will probably reach over 100 billion even. Yet the CBI says they have no intention of completing the project to delete the zeros or raise the rate of the dinar against the dollar. hy? If this is not corruption I don’t know what is. We know for a FACT the economy of Iraq supported way over $3 dinar back in 1990. The situation of Iraq now is way much better with higher reserves and much more gold reserves. In fact they can almost back their currency totally with gold now. Think about this: Adjusted for inflation, $1.00 in 1990 is equal to $2.21 in 2022. Annual inflation over this period was 2.51%. So, in reality, Iraq can easily increase the value of the IQD significantly...IMHO..! RON 3 5
Luigi1
There are several articles out about the threats of civil war are increasing by the day in Iraq. Malike put Iraq 10 years back like he did in the old days when he invited Iran & ISIS in to Iraq to murder Iraqis. Iraq has to figure out a way how to to deal with the Maliki-Iran threat before it can move forward. We may be decades away from seeing the RV-RI. Everything is not done in Iraq. IMHO. 1
