Biden said, "I want to make it more clear." If you live in a state frequently hit by hurricanes, a vital part of preparing for hurricane season, is vaccination?

The US President went on to explain the complications of not vaccinating in the face of hurricanes, saying: Things become more complicated if you do not take vaccinations, you will be hit by a hurricane or another natural disaster!

So it's a flat "NO" from the factcheckers even thought he did say it?   Should that get at least a "partially false" ?  Do we need factcheckers for the factcheckers?  I'm confused now, because he did say it even if he said it a year ago.

So he did say it, just not this year. It’s like saying it’s cold out wear a jacket. But not this winter only last winter. Except in his context it was the best thing to combat cold is to lock your doors to keep the cold from coming in.
